The most successful businesses are those who build trust with customer. There are so many pharmacies to choose from, so as a business owner, I would look for every opportunity to win the customer for long term business. This pharmacy displayed a very short term thinking and gave a disappointing experience to me recently.

I purchased three covid test kits for 250 rupees each. Only one of them, had a missing vial for liquid suspension, so the test was not usable. I went back to request an exchange for that one.

Storefront manager made these comments: He said he was “just a distributor “ and “he took no responsibility for the correctness of the content “. He said he was not willing to help out and I would have to live with the problem. He said after 25 days he would talk to distributor and only then help in any way.

This is an example of a business where the dealings are just transactional and they don’t seem to have an interest in any long term customer base. Our family lives so closeby and we will now be wary of buying things from here.

Suggestion is to think about building a great long term business by acting promptly on behalf of the customer. If they had exchanged my faulty test kit, they could have always adjusted with distributer later. They would have won a lifetime customer and instead they won this lackluster review!
