Been gymming herr since 7 months and i can vouch this gym is the best... The trainers arr friendly and enthusiastic to help and motivate with the workout. The routine set here makes weight loss and other goals easy to achieve... The subscription fee is alsoo veryy nominal... W in my opinion

This gym has truly help me build some insane amount of muscle. The machine are something you'll only find in foreign gyms and the trainers are also really qualified. I highly recommend this gym.

I stayed for 2 days in doon. Paid 100/- per day for gym and it was worth every penny. Good machines, excellent atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers.

As this was my first time joining the gym it didn't felt like that, the trainers are really friendly and they would hype you for doing more better and will cheer for you everytime. The classes are hard but worth doing, never knew going to gym would be this fun.

My first experience with Fitness Solutions and have not been disappointed! I train here about 6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take effort to create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, and group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.
Kudos to Mr. Shobhit Mittal (owner) for creating such a friendly and comfortable space.

This is my first experience with fitness solutions . I really enjoy the group classes which SHOBHIT sir personally conducts n take care of each and every person in the class . He helps in maintaining the correct posture while doing the exercise. I really enjoy all classes especially bhangra class .. it’s my fourth week in this gym and I have lost almost 4 kgs… Sir always encourages everyone to workout with full dedication…

Loved the ambience, trainers are all well behaved and have deep knowledge of each and every workout.. Shobhit sir is just amazing. I love being trained under his supervision.. The gym has all the equipments including latest machines and one can find every single equipment according to their workout plan.. There is a separate hall for cardio, weight training and aerobics.

I have been a member of Fitness solutions for past a year. It’s a complete setup enclosed with huge variety of gym equipment, available for almost every workout. Great facilities, qualified trainers, quite spacious along with enough parking space. They’ve multiple workout formats, with couple of dynamic sessions like HIIT, Aerobics, Pump fitness, Bhangra, Spinning etc., which does not make your routine workouts monotonous.

The owner is himself highly trained, very polite and keeps on motivating to achieve your fitness goal. Try attending a pump class, one of the remarkable session that I simply loved.

I especially liked their concept of personal training for all, the trainers gives complete attention and provides proper feedback regarding diet and workout session as per your routines. They understand fitness and how it can be made fun and exciting.

Fitness Solutions is an inclusive and safe space space rather than a high strung, anxiety provoking traditional gym! The focus is on getting fitter and stronger and healthier and happier bodies, not on punishing or hating your body. I couldn’t recommend it enough, to anyone and everyone- whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to explore further in your journey.
Special shout out to the group classes that are run everyday, by Shobhit sir, for it has changed my outlook fitness, and my relationship with exercise- simply because I no longer fear it, but can enjoy it.
