Hotel Rathna Residency

Stayed here 2 days. Amazing property, neatly maintained.
Rooms are bigger, nice office table and shelves if you staying for longer.
Service was very prompt and courteous all the time.
Roof top restaurant was awesome - food quality was good, and night views were stunning.
Morning Buffet spread was good.

Cons:
1. Around 800m from the Back entrance of Station, but walking to it was bit tough on narrow lanes.
2. There was persistent noise around the premise and also from the Central AC Duct. Otherwise the area was pretty quiet, so this AC noise was like annoying.

Had a pleasant stay. Morning compliment breakfast was good. Particularly room service . They frequently visited and asked anything needed and filled immediately. I had to catch the bus that time it was raining. Receiption person arranged an auto and ease my work. Wonderful service by everyone. Keep it up. Thanks

The rooms and service at Rathna Residency cannot be compared with others. It is on a level on its own. The exceptional service from all staff members coupled with the modern and brilliant room designs make Rathna, undeniably, one of the best hotels to stay at in Chennai for its price point. It is well situated for all necessities and quite a few attractions if you're interested. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a couple nights to stay at to get errands done or for those who come to Chennai for services in Teynampet and/or the surrounding areas.

I have stayed in Rathna Residency properties at Salem and Coimbatore. The rooms at both the properties are fairly spacious, neat and well kept. Our stay was comfortable.

We stayed here for a long duration with our family. The food in breakfast was very stable, tasty and trustworthy. The rooftop restaurant is amazing for it's ambiance, breeze and good quality. Best of parking amenities. Safe place for family stays.

Business operation rules are worth to appreciate, specially 24 hour booking rule...same time check -in and check -out not like anytime check- in and check- out 11am...We get so much comfort because of this.. Customer friendly hotel...staff and food good.. Overall 4.8/5..

Hotel at a very good location. Very near railway station but area is not at all crowded. Rooms are well maintained and huge. Staff are courteous. Complimentary breakfast buffet is very good with nice non-repeating variety of spread everyday. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Very near to station. Excellent staff behavior. Good parking space. Room service was top-notch. It's more like a business class hotel; not like it's not suitable for families. At 3500 per night little bit costly compared to other hotels in the neighborhood but it's worth very penny.

Good place to stay just back side of Railway station. Nice reception, polite behaviour of staff. Good and helpful room service. Rooms are neat and clean. Ample car parking lot. Dedicated Airconditioner with room temperature control. TV connection and set top box connected. Great view of Railway station

We have fixed Doctors program at Rathna Residency. Hall was very much comfortable with space and clean toilets.

Wide variety of food menu with quality in taste and stomach free.

Overall happy with service.

Spacious rooms. Very good breakfast spread. Excellant service. Walkable from Coimbatore Railway junction. Easily accessible to many fine restaurants nearby.

Hotel is located near coimbatore railway junction. You can reach the hotel by walk. Rooms are neat and clean. They have veg restaurant and non veg restaurant. Rooms are affordable. Their party hall also neat and good. Interior also simple and good. I liked the stay very much.
