Zibe Coimbatore by GRT Hotels

As a solo foreign female traveler, I had an extremely pleasant stay here twice. I have stayed in a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in India. This place stands out as an excellent value. The key point being that the staff has a very high standard of service. Everyone that I engaged with took pride in their work, helping me with a variety of requests. The room was not perfectly clean (by Western standards), but very good and significantly higher than the average 3 star hotel. Sheets and comforter were white, clean and of good quality. Buffet which was included in my booking selection, was a good quality with a nice variety of Indian (particularly S. Indian) and there are some things for Western tastes as well. I would look forward to staying here again.

Neatly maintained facility with vibrant colours which elevates your mood. Extremely accomodating and polite staff. Very helpful and acts immediately on any requests. I wanted my customised tea and restaurant manager Richard catered to my request exactly the way I wanted it. Must stay place in Coimbatore and will surely visit again. Thanks to entire staff for making our stay memorable and delightful.

Our experience at Zibe Coimbatore in late December was absolutely delightful. The variety of dishes offered at breakfast was exceptional, and the staff, particularly in the reception and room service, were courteous and efficient. The corridors are nicely designed with different cultural paintings, elegant lighting, and with an amazing ambiance. The only downside is the limited parking during the holiday seasons. The toilets have sliding glass doors without locks, just a hiding sticker.

Great ambiance and nice and colourful place to stay for your official visits, I was there for 5 days and service was very good and Siva and reception person was very helpful. 4 Stars for rooms since the restroom does not have locks and full glass, no privacy if you stay with your friends and colleagues

This is our third time at Zibe Coimbatore. That by itself explains how comfortable zibe is for us. Friendly and approachable front desk staff, clean rooms, attentive housekeeping and kitchen crew. Mr. Richard was specifically caring to the needs of my son who wasn't well during our stay. He made sure to provide comfort food that wasn't on the menu. Mr. Sivaraman, from housekeeping is a very attentive and perceptive person. He checks on the guests for their requirements and immediately attends to them with a friendly smile. Overall, zibe makes for a pleasant stay.

Absolutely excellent quality in all fronts , be it Front office, house keeping, room service and restaurant. Very well maintained property. I had checked in to this hotel for almost 9 times in 2019 and now in 2023 when I visited Kovai last week , there was no second though for me as where to stay.

My family had a great stay, super comfy place, the room service was attended by Sivaraman R attended with manner, polite, good and energetic in his work and Breakfast was very good overall best place to have a stay .

We are a reputed Travel Agency from Chennai , Mr.Richard has help us with a great stay and breakfast buffet for 35 people even when it was said just 30mins prior. The stay was very great and food was amazing and couldn't thank then enough. Every Hod's where right in the reception throughout to assist us in the last minute crunches. Great hospitality..!!

Stayed at ZIbe Coimbatore for 4 days. Good value for money experience . Morning complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Food was very tasty. Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and warm. Everyday house keeping . I have nothing to complain. I would choose this place when I visit coimbatore again . Go for it !!

Very good hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Very courteous and excellent service by their staff.
Only one slight drawback was, sound of TV from the adjacent room was coming through TV panel

I was told that Zibe is business accommodation by GRT. So its NOT hi-end luxury stay......but it is definitely super clean plus very very friendly and courteous staff. So the overall stay was very pleasant & memorable. Tnx ZIBE Coimbatore.

Great place to stay when in Coimbatore.

Things that deserve to be appreciated:
1. Food - you can inform them if you are allergic to certain foods, the kitchen will accordingly make the food as per your needs.
2. Room cleanliness and excellent housekeeping.
3. Very courteous and well behaved staff.
4. Safe parking.
5. Very clean lifts.
6. Very efficient security.

Special appreciation to the manager Mr.Sivanandam, who is very supportive and ensures customer satisfaction is priority.

I will always continue my patronage to Zibe Hotels across South India during my travel.

All staff- house keeping, dining and front desk were very curious and helpful.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need any help you can just ask them and they’ll do it. The complementary breakfast was also delicious and sumptuous in quantity. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Zibe and it was a very good experience for me and my family. The staff were super friendly and were ready to help whenever required. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned regularly. Would definitely visit again.
