Great experience. We visited from Chicago and did a Golden Triangle tour (Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur). Rakhi set up a driver for the week who was excellent (Vijay Malhotra) and stayed with us the whole times. He was so kind to our two children (age 4 and 7). Local guides were arranged at each city to show all the beautiful attractions. Highly recommended.

It was our first trip with Lumiere holidays and its was one of the best. We had chosen Munnar - Tekaddy - Allapey package and we enjoyed to the max.Speacially Munnar view really very beautiful.We were accompanied by Mr. Vyshak who took us to the best spots and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. We, three families, had gone to Phuket for a 5 days trip in Apr 2023. Traveled from Kochi. Though we had a draft itinerary at hand, consulted Lumiere for the travel arrangements and logistics assistance. That turned out to be a good decision. We booked our Maldives trip from Kochi via Lumiere Holidays.
Excellent service from the team. Rakhi was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our trip. She made sure everything is perfect.
Resort provided was also very nice. Water villa was exceptional, however beach villa was just fine. The WiFi was poor, but not a big deal. The resort staff were really friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing snorkeling experience. The instructors made sure that we got the most incredible view. However, there is a 2½h journey in speed boat from airport to resort, which is a turnoff.
Overall it was an amazing couple experience!

Booked a tour package through Lumiere Holidays for visiting hill stations in Kerala. Mehar was very helpful and provided customer oriented service. Initially provided different package options for us to choose and was flexible with our requirements. It was easy to contact and communicate with Mehar and always received prompt response. Our Sikkim and Darjeeling tour from Kochi was one of the best experiences ever.

We had a customised plan from Kochi for two to Istanbul. It was an amazing trip where we were lucky enough to have a wonderful guide and driver. They truly made the trip easy and hassle-free, guiding us with relevant information and making accommodations for our needs. He also helped us have a very local experience of Istanbul by arranging tram rides, roadside tea’s and very yummy local food. It were truly a blessing disguise.
