The Residency Towers, Coimbatore

The stay was completely comfortable and the facilities were splendid.
Only, feedback is that the front office staff were little naive in giving out the options for the room, even when the booking is specific.
But, the manager was courteous enough to offer for the miss and ensured comfortability.

Excellent stay. Hospitality is splendid with nice human understanding which will automatically fill us with delight. The entire team is providing a service of the highest standards. Would love to come back and stay here in all future visits. Our respect and thanks to the entire team

Rooms were extraordinary with a tab which has all the light and air-condition controls. But the TVs should be upgraded especially for their poor audio and picture quality. Complimentary bath supplies and drinking water with kettle is sufficient but coffee and snacks could have been added.

Good location, based on many accessibilities like lakshmi mills, psg college....

Service could have been better especially for the price, the organization didnot have good communication within themselves. My friends and myself who attended a marriage fn were repeating our requests multiple time.

Always like to be back here. Great Hotel. Executive rooms give the extra comfort. Bikes and Barrels should play more western musik too.

Booked it for my cousin with children from the UK. They loved the pool. They also seved gluten free food on request. Loved their service from booking to check out.

The room is amazing neat clean and hygiene. Service is outstanding and marvelous. Breakfast and dinner tasty and healthy.

Loved the food at the Pavilion and Afghan Grills. They have delightful kutti cafe which is my go to place for brewed coffee and great chai.

Amazing place, impeccable service and awesome hospitality are the best words to describe the hotel and it's staff. We had such an amazing stay at this gorgeous hotel. Staffs are just incredible, love their hospitality, going above and beyond in everything they did for us. Rooms are very beautiful with all the amenities in the room and everything is controlled via ipad so that's a great touch to the overall experience. Special mention about front office staff Rahul and Mugilan for their wonderful service and also Vincent for his overall attention to details. Kudos to Vinoth from Chin Chin and Daniel from Pavillion restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and wish we had few more days to enjoy the beautiful property.

Some tips : It takes approximately 1hr (31km) to Isha Temple, and one can plan and complete the whole site in less than 1 day visiting all the places. Railway Station is less than 3km and takes 10 mins from the hotel.

As a frequent patron of this hotel, it's surprising that this is my first time leaving a review. The facility here is unparalleled, offering a comprehensive package of room, breakfast, and either lunch or dinner at a remarkably affordable tariff.

Table No 33 has become my preferred spot, particularly during the delectable buffet dinners. The food is not just delicious, but the staff's attentiveness elevates the dining experience.

A recent incident left me truly impressed. I had casually mentioned my preference for appam without coconut milk and mutton curry to Mr. Arun during a previous visit. To my surprise, during my next dinner, he served me appam with mutton curry, remembering my preference. This keen attention to guest preferences truly sets this establishment apart.

I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Satish, whose supervision evidently fosters such dedication among the staff. A special mention to Jithu for consistently welcoming guests with a warm smile.

Overall, I appreciate the dedication of the entire team, especially Mr. Arun, for making my dining experiences memorable. Keep up the exceptional work !!!

We had a Delegation from Uganda
And we were almost 10 people Special thanks to Ms. Buvaneshwari for taking great care and service and making our delegation team so happy about it and it was so perfectly organised. We look forward to stay more at this property whenever we visit to Coimbatore!

Stayed her for 6 nights.Coming from the Hotel industry in Singapore, you guys are a GEM. From the time we checked at the reception, service was remarkable(Saran,Mukesh,Rahul,
Muthu,Jeeva). Never ever seen such fast and dedicated service team. Wonderful breakfast selection and what a great service team. A special shout out to Ashok,Bhuvaneswary and Ashwin who really took care of my family. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Hats off to the wonder staff here. Even Mr Sebastian(GM) was wonderful. He is very humble and very observant. Had a good chat with him.

Overall experience was above expectations . Will definitely come back again and recommend the Hotel to my friends.

I attended the Connect Coimbatore event on Sept. Valet parking available. Excellent service. Food was good. I would highly recommend for business and tech events. I'll post a review for the rooms if I stay there in future.

I stayed here for a night and was humbled by their customer service. The room was spacious enough, with all the amenities one can expect out of a 5 star hotel.

This is a very nice place. 5 star accommodation. Rooms are excellent. Restaurant is very good, with good spread. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Overall, a nice place to visit and revisit.

Truly a 5 stars hotel. Bed is so comfortable and the rooms are equipped with high technology function which elevated the guest experience. Meanwhile, the staffs are helpful and friendly as well.

Very impressive hotel with very good ambience, food service and rooms decor and hygiene. Found a good stop-over at Coimbatore. Shall recommend to friends and relatives.

The hotel is on the main road which makes it very much accessible.The rooms are neat and clean would give you city view as located in the main city. The breakfast buffet spread is good and serves tasty food.

Ambience was awesome. Ballroom was spacious.Rooms are excellent. The rooms are upto a 5 star hotel level . Restaurant is very good, with good spread. Very cordial and friendly staff. And even Taj Vivanta does not have an underground car parking.
