Vivanta Coimbatore

We went for dinner today at the Ground floor restaurant. First have to appreciate the waiters for being very polite and patient. When we finished one of the managers asked if we have come for any special occasion. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and so they quickly arranged a cake for us. I wanted to appreciate their thoughtfulness and effort to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Thank you.

We are just back home and our night stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport . The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful . The room was spacious .Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. Want to say a special thank you Lily and Seema and Durgesh.Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and stay.

We stayed with our family here and it was good decision. Grand lobby with warm welcome by Seema and Srishti.

Receptionist Lily and Durgesh made our stay comfortable with Excellent service and quick check in and check out. They are going on with their Red pearl food festival which was executed well.

It's was a wonderful stay and nice experience for us. Well managed and actively staffs. Everyone welcomed us very warmly. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with many options.We liked the open pool which was a great place for us to spend the day.
Lily , seema, and durgesh made our stay more memorable by upgrading us and suggesting the nearby by places to visit. Thanks to them for the help

Located at race course with panoramic mountain view rooms.
I liked their open view swimming pool and the garden area which was very good for the evening walk.

Breakfast was rush but well handled by the team. Tanima executed well

Brilliant Experience at Vivanta. Stayed 3 weekends back to back. Great ambience, reception, food and stay. Location is 1 km from Railway station and within half hr from airport. Race course road is a happening place and RS Puram is also close. Highly recommended and the best hotel hands down in coimbatore

We went for family trip and it was amazing hospitality. Check in and check out was smooth and we'll managed. Team Lily with Sristi and Badran and Jeffrin made stay more memorable. They all were so well trained. We enjoyed the stay most with great breakfast experience. Thanks for the Taj

Everything was perfect in hotel.Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Had great stay. Good location. Very good cuisine and great service. Some of the staff extended themselves to provide memorable service. In particular Sadikshya was very courteous. He even helped out with luggage during checkout when they were short of bell-men.

We stayed with family and it was perfect stay. Nice rooms with mountain view , open swimming pool and the lawn area was amazing for evening walk. Located near Race course road and in city centre.

Breakfast was good and huge spread.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were absolutely gorgeous and good looking rooms. There was a lady manager Ms. Lily that helped to serve us during the check-in with her colleague Seema ,she was very helpful and polite.
Mr. Durgesh suggested us some places for shopping and it was a great choice.

A home away from home.
The only reason I gave a 4 star for the rooms was because we as a couple did not have any comfortable lounge chairs in our room to sit and relax.

Very pleasant and hardworking hotel staff who endeavor to always please and try to accommodate the guest's request.
Many people are worth mentioning who came across our path despite others who did their part too for example Ashley from front desk who assisted us tremendously, Mangal from house keeping, all Coffee house staff , Muthu from Tease ,Parta Sarathi from Smoke on the water and Mr Sumanji Tiwari ,the General Manager who took the time to chat with both of us before our departure. A very pleasant stay it was and we look forward to returning again. Please keep up the excellent work.
