Great showroom, good ambience, nice caring staff who makes all efforts to cater to customers demands.Upon arrival at showroom customers are greeted & seated comfortably, served water and tea/coffee. I have experienced this on multiple occasions that I have visited the dealership. The concerned executive attends and takes the customer seamlessly through their queries. Right from the first enquiry about a car till the final delivery of your car ; you won't have to struggle. All that is carefully done by the designated staff. Details like RTO, insurance, hsrp number plate, accessories and all relevant documents will be completed without the customer worrying about it. They will also keep you updated from time to time. My experience with Shivam Autozone, Kandivali was superb & I wish them all the best.
