Fortune Park Lake City, Thane - Member of ITC's hotel group

One of my favourite ITC Fortune hotels. The rooms are large and spacious. Staff is warm and welcoming. The food at the Rainbow restaurant is simply out of the world. Do try the Sunday brunch at the restaurant. i have never had So many veg options together! The beetroot halwa is their speciality and it's definitely worth trying.

Had Vegetarian Buffet at the Pure Veg Restaurant yesterday. Amazing spread. Great Ambience. Food was next level. Started with various varieties of Sushi followed by Hummus and Pita. Biryani and potatoes. Great spread of Salads. The Waldorf salad is not to miss. Top it up the Rabdi. Highly recommended for veg foodies.

Had been to their restaurant on a visit to the hospital. The food is just yummy.We had ordered chicken biryani,which came with papad and a huge bowl of curd with the tastiest masalas sprinkled on it.The quantity of the biryani was also very good, we had to get it parcelled as we were unable to finish it.We then had a look at the pastries and the savory dishes on display.Their red velvet cheese pastry,the oats chocolate fudge,the eggs wellington were all packed up for our dinner.The price is also very reasonable and the food is world class.

Having frequented in Fortune Park Thane for over a decade, I can confidently say that it offers the best vegetarian five-star buffet experience in town. The food is unparalleled, with a diverse range of delectable dishes that cater to every palate.

The staff, especially Varun, whom I've had the pleasure of interacting with for the past 10 years, is incredibly professional, humble, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and care for guests' needs truly enhances the dining experience.

Overall, dining at Fortune Lake City has always been a great pleasure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional vegetarian buffet experience.

Just lil dissatisfied as staff was least bothered to serve omlete in breakfast inspite of me sitting n waiting for few minutes in dedicated place

I had a great experience with this place,i have visited first time there and i felt very delightful with food,ambience is very fablous and food was very yummy, i have suggested to other friends also to visit atleast at once and enjoy the view,food and service too.

We stayed for a day, as we had come for a wedding in a near by banquet Hall.
Initially slightly difficult to find the place as its within Jupiter Hospital. May be a board outside will help.
Dinner was room service. Well served.

Great breakfast spread at Rainbow restaurant on next mornjng. Service in it was awesome.

Spacious room. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is convenient— next to Viviana Mall.

One of the finest veg food places. Absolutely out of the box created salads, exotic vegetables in their finest cuts, wide spread of main coarse n a delectable spread of starters. Gastronomic delite.

Very pleasant staff & the breakfast is quite good having a good spread. Only drawback is the location as it’s in the same building belonging to Jupiter hospital

It is situated at the Most Iconic location of Thane City. Being the 4 Star and the most Premium Hotel of the City, they have maintained their dignity very well. From the entrance to the reception, to the Rooms and from the Lobbies to the Lounges. All the places are world class and are very well maintained and preserved.

The staff is very understanding, well dressed, supportive, has very good communication skills, and also very important they have a very kind and humble behavior with the guests
I really like this place Room has a huge space with great lighting, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean bathroom with toiletries included which was nice.

I feel so good that i chose this hotel for a small family function, roka ceremony for me. We just 7-8 of us from both families, we had booked a suite room so that we can just sit quietly, talk, exchange gifts, do the rituals and know each other better as families. The suite at Fortune Lake City was grand, they allowed 8 people in room for a guest booking of 3, served us astonishingly tasty Indian food, and helped us in every way they can. We checked out in 5-6 hours as we had to move to another city, but the experience was memorable. ITC Properties are amazing, food is out of the world, and the team is so courteous that you feel like money is immaterial.

Excellent, over whelming and just superb!! I have been to a lot of hotels, some have decent food and average service or vice a versa but you bet this hotel is by far the most delightful experience we ever had. Service was just amazing, the food spread is out of the world, being a non vegetarian I never ever has seen such a beautiful huge spread of veg food. Not only the size but taste is something that can't be expressed in words. Thank you so much for the mind blowing hospitality by Chef Anshul Sethi and his team.
I am sure I will come back to this hotel very soon.

Though the building is next to Jupiter hospital there is no issue with any services offered. Food is excellent and the staff is very helpful

A well maintained, comfortable Hotel. Its buffet exclusive vegetarian restaurant will a delight:to vegetarians and all with high variety at affordable price . Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are customer friendly and supportive.
