We reached at service center at 10.30 am in the morning. And there were 3 to 4 vehicle at that time for service and 4 bays are free but there is no labour to start the servicing as told by supervisor and we waited for 4 to 5 hrs. there for our first service. just a general check up and wash which hardly take half an hour.

It's a request to align the work and bay as per the type of work required and estimated time in case you guys don't have enough staff.

Edited Version - I got the call for feedback and their staff assured me to do their level best to timely servicing and customer support.
