I recently visited Thomas Cook for currency exchange for my upcoming foreign travel and was extremely impressed with their service. Sayuj, the employee who assisted me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different exchange rates available. He took the time to understand my needs and offered me a very good rate for my currency exchange.

The process was quick and easy, and I was able to complete my transaction in no time. I also appreciated the COVID-19 safety measures that were in place, which made me feel safe and comfortable during my visit.

Overall, I had a great experience at Thomas Cook and would highly recommend them for anyone in need of currency exchange services. Sayuj was an excellent representative of the company and I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I am happy to share my reviews for Thomas Cook. I had a travel to UAE with family and I approached them a day prior to my travel at the Palarivattom branch. They processed my travel card in an hour and also the money conversion rate was good compared to other platform I checked. Also when I am back they refunded the balance card amount to my account without visiting the branch and via VKYC.
