All the details were very well informed and the itinerary was well planned.
Even during the trip there was a constant communication that was being happened.

What can I say about the driver 'LAIJU' excellent driver v friendly spoke Hindi. English, Tamil. There was no such thing as problems he had answers. Laiju went above and beyond.10/10 service, such a genuine person, really trustworthy.

I came across the list of front line travel agencies of Kerala and contacted M/s Lotus Flies for a customized tour plan for 7 adults and 1 child below 4 years. Mr. Vipin Josh, Proprietor of the company is a very humble and polite person. I got the numer from website and contacted him. He asked one of his colleague Ms. Manju to get in touch with me to provide a tour plan as per my budget. With an affordable per person price, MS. Manju and Mr. Vipin shared the tour plan for 6 nights and 7 days in cities of Munnar, Thekkady, Allapuzha Backwaters, Kovalam, Kanyakumari and Trivandrum of Kerala with their 10 seater Force traveller. In budget hotels, there were some uncomfortable stay experiences but looking at the price and services offered, it was manageable. I forgot to mention the tour guide cum Driver Mr. Sony, Sony has completed his diploma in Electrical engineering and has a 4 years work experience. He picked us up from Kochi, gave us a tour of all major locations and made us comfortable by communicating with the locals and translating their verses.

M/s Lotus Flies have done a wonderful job by providing their value added services to me. I would like to recommend 5 stars for their efforts and services.
