Staff are good, ready to help, soft spoken.
They don't take too much time in reply with your queries. Only issue with their sticking with timeline. They can improve their service by sticking with the deadline. I meet few customer they were also complaining about not sticking with timeline given to them.
Overall a good service center in gwalior madhya pradesh.
