We booked a small trip to Thekkadi via Spiceland Holidays... Our tour agent was Kaavya... Very friendly nd cheerful girl... Loved her happy tone and the way she interacted... I constantly kept calling her to reassure my anxieties as we were travelling with 2 kids (boys) aged 7 n 5...
She was patient and kept clearing my doubts and queries... Special 5⭐ for Kaavya... ❤❤
The entire trip was amazing.... The property we stayed in THE COFFE ROUTES was very calming and serene with wonderful nd friendly staff...

I had only one special request for the trip... That was to be assigned a good driver... As kids are not familiar with high range trips there will be u know lot of incidences.... So i needed someone who will not fret or frown...
Mr. Rayees was assigned to be our driver.... We couldn't ask for a better person... Very understanding and helpful... He guided us through the entire trip.... Such a controlled and safe driving... 5+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the gentleman Mr. Rayees.....

I had toured to Kerala last month for 6 days through Spiceland Holidays. It was a wonderful experience. The service was great in all aspects. The most important thing we felt was all the hotels that we stayed in took very good care of us. The cab driver made us so comfortable throughout the trip.

I had toured to Kerala last month for 6 days through Spiceland Holidays ,munnar KTDC Tea County was very good. Thekkady Club Mahindra was excellent but restaurant was expensive. Houseboat was good and the manger & the staff were helpful. a has a great landscape and swimming pool, but the room can have a better window for the view and better ventilation in the bathroom.

Our driver is very good guy. He is very polite, helpful, willing to assist and is great with the kids. He is both a good driver and a good guide who does his best to please his customers.

It was a wonderful experience and enjoyed the best of vacation time. The trip was well coordinated and planned by the Spiceland team.. The highlight was the driver who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the locations. Thanks to the Spiceland team and looking forward to another trip the next year with your team :)
