State Bank of India SOUTH EXTENSION PART-II

We are NRI and whenever we visit India, we do visit SBI South Extension Part ll Branch.Our experience has been nice to say the least

Google map is very good but there is no SBI Bank.People laughing on me when I reached there. So I request you to remove this location from map.
Daily 2 or 3 person go for this bank and waste their time.

Most of the time the ATMs at the branch have technical issues. The recent experience was bad. Cash got deducted but not dispensed. The bank officer was clueless upon asking and upon several attempts he looked into the matter.

4:00 o’clock means they will not cater to your requests. But when it comes to leaving their seats, it’s frequent.

Updated remark: They are like polluted oxygen. You need them for your banking needs yet they can be pathetically harmful to your day’s schedule.

Lazy, inefficient. This is what describes its employees. There are 10 counters and hardly 4 of them work. They hardly listen. They'll keep sending you from one counter to the other.

Pathetic staff members. They are not bothered to resolve customer grievances, they will just ask to go from one counter to another. Even the deputy manager do not listens, everyone is busy in their personal work seems. No one has knowledge about the banking system. Everyone runs away from their duties and makes fool of the customers. This branch should be closed due to pathetic service, even smaller banks have better facilities and treat customers properly.

Pass book entry machine always out of service....and at counter they say we will not print more than 2 pages.
For depositing money they always say use CDM even if that is out of service they don't deposit cash at counter.

The bank is not good to passbook I try
I went there..
I ask for passbook intry he said I m not your sarvent..

Staffs are slow in working, not addressing the customers respectively. Took two and half hours for taking a DD for 500 rupees. Staff not available at the seat during working hours.

Claim settlement pending for 1 week... Pathetic service

There is no SBI IN THIS AREA TILL 800 meters

It's totally wrong directions in Google about south ex part 2 adress

Bad experience for bank staff

Pathetic bank ...and pathetic service.

एक नम्बर का घटिया ब्रांच है ये । कोई काम नहीं करना चाहता । कमाल की बात ये है की कोई भी ऐक्शन इस्स ब्रांच के लिए कोई नहीं ले रहा क्योंकि सभी अधिकारी भस्टाचारी है । call करके dekho कोई नम्बर नहीं उत्ताने वाला । मै इनको एक single star भी नहीं देना चाहता । सबकी काया हराम की हो गई है
