My personal experience,

My 2 year kid got all his tooth in trouble. We visited multiple dental office and we were put into a lot of pressure with the explanation of treatment as well as by the cost.
Finally Dr.Karthikeyan helped us understand the problem and helped us accept the reality required to fix it

There were places in Coimbatore who quoted 250000 for the treatment but Dr Karthikeyan inclusive of operation theatre charge, anaesthetist charge, room and end to end he fixed it for just 35000 and my son is doing wonderful eating all burgers and bones.

Later We moved to Canada and when we went for a regular dental check up , the dentist in Canada said 'I want to meet that Indian doctor who did the treatment on you son. Such a wonderful work' also he added ' such dentists are rare on earth now'

This is a review after almost a year, covering more than a dozen visits to the dentist office, both for general dental services and orthodontic services.

Facilities & Infrastructure
This is one of those rarer facilities that is spacious, well lit and air conditioned, making your stay at the dentist less painful.
The dental office is maintained neat and clean, with ample parking for 2 wheelers and space for around 6 four wheelers. While the facility is on a narrow street, it usually is not a huge deal.

Operations
I hardly get to see any business/service adhere to the appointment system. And for valid reasons. While appointments are booked, most don't keep it and come at their own time and demand to be seen immediately and so most have dropped the idea of adhering to appointments. While practical reasons have warranted such reactions, Dr. Karthik has adopted the system well, where they use a app PRACTO to schedule appointments, where you get a call first (if you are regularly seeing the dentist) reminding you of your next visit and when confirmed over phone, you get a message on your phone confirming the appointment.
And also you get a remainder on the day to keep the appointment. I have seen that such practices encourages patients to be on time. Rarely have I spent more than 30 mins waiting for my appointment.

The receptionist, helpers are polite, punctual and prompt in responding, which adds to the professionalism.

Child Handling
I have two kids who have been seeing the doctor for over a year now and they are very picky. The doctor adapts to each kids demeanour and talks to them respectfully in a language and tone that they understand and appreciate. You could sense the smile in the voice of Dr, Karthik, even through his mask.

Dr.R.Karthikeyan is the most professional, courteous and a compassionate pedodontist. His kind and gentle approach has always put my kid at ease during every visit. Especially, Dr.R.Karthikeyan has always been responsive to any of my concerns and I am always grateful to see a beautiful and confident smile on my kid's face. The welcoming and calming ambience of the clinic will make you feel right at home where they always maintain a good hygiene. One of the best hospital premises I have come across in recent years. The place is bright, well lit and surrounded by trees all around. The pleasant surprise is the fish tank in the consulting room. The doctor is very courteous and helpful. Easy to interact and get an appointment. A very good dental clinic tugged up in Kalapatti road.

Dr Karthikayan is wonderful and puts at ease everyone on the day of appointment. He is thorough in his knowledge and goes through each and every part of treatment plan meticulously. Its a relief to find a dentist knowing that they would treat you empathetically. Would recommend him definitely to all my family and friends :)

How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr. Karthik and team of doctor's and staff at "SPAARK DENTAL CARE "I really like Dr.Karthik and the team. He is very informative and reassuring. I knew in the beginning that I would need a lot of work done, both Dr.Karthik and assistant were positive and reassuring making me less embarrassed about the health of my teeth. I wasn’t in lot of pain at all and that is surprising given that I had both sides of my mouth worked on the same day. I’d recommend Dr Karthik to anyone, as among my blessings!
