I have a problem with my left eye and i consulted more than 5 eye care hospital with in 2 years. And i recently consulted here.feeling better now, good services especially the way they attending the patients. Highly recommended.

It seemed to be the best among the eye hospitals in Ernakulam. I went to 3-4 eye hospitals due to eye allergy and did not get proper treatment from any place.

My wife and I always visited Roshan eye care whenever we need an ophthalmologist check up. We were always treated well and have only good feedbacks for both Doctor Roshan and Hema. My wife after her delivery had recurring eye styes and was treated and cured. Recently we moved to Germany and our 2-year-old son on an eye examination had some minor variations in the eye readings. Hai, i am Bless Mariya. I am 17 years old. Completing my plus two studies. I recomment this hospital. Because I have finished my cataract surgery on Sep 1st. I am greatful to the Docters and the staffs of the hospital. In other hospitals they told it is a risky surgery and we was not convinient with their approach. But I got a very good response from this hospital. Dr Roshan was ready to take the risk. Very satisfied after the surgery. All the Staffs are very helpful. They recieve their patients with a smile. Experience on my first visit to Dr Roshan's Eye clinic at Cochin.
The Reception/Registration staff are superb. The diagnosis and advice of Dr Hema and her support staff are just out of the world. Even their eyeglass department staff are friendly.
I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this Eyecare hospital.

My right eye nerves had trouble of swelling and now it had been perfectly cured with the injections and later completed both cataract surgery. I am thrilled with the result. My eyes went from poor vision to amazing vision.

For my Father-in-law's Cataract surgery we've visited Dr.Roshan Eye care hospital last month and it was an awesome experience. I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr.Roshan and her team.

Great doctor... Exceptional service... I had a cataract surgery done for my father in law for both eye's nearly 1.5 years back. Everything is fine now and he is feeling great. Doctor is extremely professional in her approach and the staffs are just awesome. I would specifically like to mention one of the main nurses who interacts well with the patients. She even knows my family members by name and enquiries about them whenever I go there for checkups. These little things make a lot of difference in providing exceptional customer service.

The only suggestion would be to bring about some kind of a transparency in waiting list of patients by creating a token system. At times the waiting times are little higher (of course due to the procedure or may be due to large registrations) and people may feel that the consultation is not happening in order. The token system may take care of these issues.

I am a high risk patient with severe cardiac disability. I had undergone catract surgery for my eye at Roshan Eye Care hospital, Tripunithura on 17th June 2022. The surgery went off without any issues at all and I was out of the theater in 40 minutes. I wish to congratulate and express my gratitude to Dr. Roshan and her team of doctors and assistants who gave excellent treatment, special care and all precautions taken especially with my underlying problems.I have been wearing spectacles for more than 35 years. But after the catract surgery and the implantation of Panoptix multifocal intra occular lens, I can now see, read everything and write without glasses and also I have resumed my professional commitments completely. It is a new and wonderful experience after so many years. I wish to thank and convey my best wishes to Roshan Eye Care hospital in all their endeavors. My father's cataract surgery was performed here 10 years back and it was very successful. On 17th August 2018 cataract surgery was performed on my 83 year old mother very successfully. We are extremely satisfied and delighted by the services and treatment received at Roshan Eye Care Hospital. My mother had her cataract surgery at Roshan Eye Care Hospital and was extremely satisfied with the excellent level of service. When i took my parents for their routine eye check up i was bit worried as my parents have crossed their 60's but to my surprise hospital staff were highly professional and the care they have taken in this pandemic situation is appreciable.
