Location is very good but management of golchha is very bad. They must focus on this business as it's in the center of Jaipur... They can make good business here.

The Golcha Cinema in Jaipur belongs to the prominent Golcha family who were once Nagar Seths of the Pink City

Opened in 1954, the theater is part of a family business run by the prominent Golcha family who were heavily involved in film distribution in India.

It's one of the oldest cinema theatre in Jaipur Rajasthan and still beign maintained well by Jaipur authorities, filled with old school vibes and have delicious Samosa very nice experience as it is in middle of shopping hub or bazar as it is famous and familiar and will be a retro masterpiece of jaipur.

Very old Cinema in Jaipur, earlier known as Prem Prakash.

The Golcha Cinema opened on 12th December 1954. It was designed by W.M. Namjoshi in what could be described as a splendid example of 1950's retro-Art Deco style.

The exterior has a cement rendered facade which is painted pink. There is a cut-out lettered sign on top of the building and a vertical fin sign over the entrance at the right hand side.

Inside the auditorium seating is provided in stalls and balcony levels. Illumination is provided by scalloped coves which decend towards the proscenium, each having troughs of concealed lighting within them.

Sorry, this is not a review of the cinema. It's a review of the (superb) samosas sold in the lobby :-)
Bit pricey (Rs 30 each) but very tasty, might be the tastiest samosa in Jaipur. The crust is crunchy, seemed to be fried in ghee. The filling is unlike any samosa you'll get in Jaipur - white not yellow, has ginger, fresh corriander. Recommended. See attached pic.

Very good place for movie 🙂🍿

This is nice place for watching movies. And it is situated in centre of Jaipur. The best part about this cinema is amazing sound quality. The seats are comfortable and screen is also of good quality. This is a fun place. I have watched fast and furious 6, Fast and furious 7 and many more movies here. And I loved my movie experience.

Multiplex good ambience screen is also good. Eaelier samosa was famous snacks available in breaks.

Avarage good but the cinema is not big small and not more place where we sit and the service is not good
