I came 2-3 times for neck pain& leg pain got best solution, doctor advised for needle therapy and stretches. Dr Suresh and Dr Nesikraj gave good treatment. Sure advisable for all age groups. Dnt waste time going to hospital come here ortho clinic sportsmed Coimbatore.

I reached out to "be fit" not as a gym but to lget a solution to my dragging body, my declining agility, lack of energy, growing aches, pains and stiffness, despite leading a somewhat active, healthy life. While I inherently knew nothing was wrong, I could feel something was not right. It was an inner sense that led me to "be fit" physiotherapist Dr suresh Kumar. I wished to age strong rather than resign to a decline. He assessed me and handed me over to his young, fit and energetic physio team. In a week's time of starting I could feel a revival. It's 2 months now, I feel lighter, fitter and am much lighter on my pain and stiffness. I enjoy the bespoke workouts waiting for me daily - abs, fat burn, circuits, upper body, lower body, mobility-flexibility, balance. My body enjoys these variations and challenges.
A resurgence of hope awaits me now....will try to raise my body's level of functioning which needs more focussed work. Looking ahead to see its results.
