Great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I bought two wedding guest outfits here, and both came out beautifully. I was in a rush, and they stitched my saree's blouse in three days. Incredible service!

Good and affordable. Poor tailoring and service after purchase.

Though their collection is nice but staff service not good. Very authoritative staff and owner. I definitely do not recommend this shop.

My wife purchased a dress from this shop in Lajpat nagar. We had a horrible experience and would recommend never buy anything from this shop. We left the dress for tailoring , they asked us to collect back after a week. We went back on shop to collect dress after a week. Shocked to know that staffs we're clueless of the dress. Even after showing them bill ,they asked us to share photos, (which the owner didn't allow us to take last week) .. it took them long hour to find and trace the dress. They failed on commitment , no stitching was done. Later when we collected the dress after stitching work..it was horrible work. Very pathetic stitching and arrogance of the owner was too much to digest. I am writing here to tell you that this Shop and it's staff are only bothered to sell and don't care about services at all.this shop is disaster.

Staff is not good. Most probably lady staff.
I visited on 19 May 2019 morning 11:30 to 12 around but no asked what do you want which type of dresses.
And i request you to Riwas owner dont send me discount offer messages bcoz your service is very bad. And i want to suggest people please don't go in Riwaz showroom lajpat nagar

Very nice collection. I gave positive feedback at store but after returning home when i saw bill and tags on clothes i was disappointed bcz on tag it was metioned "includes all taxes" but they charged 12% GST on each kurti. This is cheating.

Highly disappointed :( Don’t ever make the mistake to visit Riwaaz. Pathetic experience. I was being harassed by the owner and staff. They even refused to alter my dress even after paying full amount. Won’t recommend this showroom to anybody.
