Prompt arrival of cabs. The cab drivers were very friendly. They first asked us the places of our choice to visit and then started the journey and did not simply rush us around. The drivers were well informed about the travel plan. Well maintained vehicles. The fare was also reasonable. Mr Shivam is very prompt in responding to questions and a good listener.

We engaged Shivam Tours and Travel for our tour of 14 days in MP. We had very good experience with Innova vehicle and more importantly with driver Zahid. During the trip, vehicle developed a fault which was taken care in no time. Shivam sent another vehicle frim Bandhavgarh to escort us and fixed the problem and rest of the tour was uneventful. We were very happy with the service of Shivam Tours.

I hired 30 innova crysta from this guy shivam namdev. I wasn’t expecting such great service from a vendor in a small state like MP. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THIER SERVICE WAS FLAWLESS. All the drivers were always on time never asked me for toll money or any sort of favour in 10 days, their rates could have been a little competitive but the service they are offering it was worth the price.
