Since it was the nearest branch to me, I went to them for address/PAN verification after a loan was approved that I did apply through a DSA channel. The manager said that 'why would I give my business to someone else?' and further added that she would call other nearest branches to not to do my address/PAN verification. My loan was about to disburse in next 3-4 hours after this verification if done, but she trapped me to start the loan process all over again through her branch, convincing me that I had no other options left. After few days they failed miserably, because the previous branch was not ready to cancel the already loan approved application and got into fight with that branch as well as the DSA. Finally my loan disbursal was done after 1 week and done through the same previous branch. Because of their greediness I really had to suffer one week and with additional 1 enquiry to my CIBIL. In my case it was not that really urgent but for others it could be an urgency, so it's not ok to play with the emotions of customers. No doubt, ICICI Bank is really a good bank but my experience with this branch was really really disappointing.

The service of the bank is good. But branch staff are very rude they have no knowledge and skill about work completely dumb people and no manners how to talk to customers.
