Let me share you my experience. It's a bit lengthy one, but worth a read for new comers.

My son "Karan" (age 17) was very much keen to learn Cross-Fit. So we both went looking for places and gyms which offered the same or similar kind of training... and we found a few which had all the possible setups, amenities and trainers etc..

But one important asset which we did not come across on all those places. And that one asset was Humility and Modesty... which I experienced only when we met Pramod Chaturvedi Sir at CORE PERFECT FITNESS.
I was not only pleased but felt very assured that finally I have found the right place for my son.

Karan is just a week old at this place but is very sure that with his hard work and the guidance of his instructors... he will not only have a toned body but will also have a well toned and disciplined mind.

Thankyou Pramod Sir, Vijay Sir and Mayur Sir for not only training Karan but also guiding him with all those crucial tips during the workout sessions and making him understand the correct way of doing it.
