Trainer experience -
I availed PT services from Ravi S. Sir (Best Trainer), took nutrition guidance from Prashant Sir and lost 13 kg.
Ravi Sir helped me with proper form on all my workouts, motivated me to track my diet, meals, always pushed me for extra reps and helped me achieve my dream physic. The best part is he always understood my condition on days where I was stressed, days when I was motivated and accordingly took my workout sessions. He is a perfect balance of an understanding trainer and a strict trainer.

Gym is 10 on 10. But for anyone who SERIOUSLY wants results, I would suggest availing PT service.

It’s a very good gym. Trainers are supportive. A great guidance is provided on your diet.
