Food is great, authentic Maharashtrian dishes from different regions. Service is good as well. The decor is basic, but that's okay as you go their for good food and not necessarily for impressive ambiance. But it's clean and very efficient.

My go-to place if want to try home made like food and authentic marathi food.

For food, it's a 5 star. All dishes are delicious and tasty. You will find authentic marathi dishes over here, and they do have authentic flavor and tasty.

Service wise 4 star. Their staff is helpful, and they do have quick service

Atmosphere wise 4, as it give you that typical marathi home food vibe but they do have photos and pictures abt different part of Maharashtra.

The best part is food, so guys, if you want yo try and want to have authentic marathi food, Metkut is the place to visit.

Great place to eat Maharashtrian food, they have options on their menu from almost every region of Maharashtra and you don't wanna miss alu vadi & thali peeth for starters.

They also have a thali restaurant which has unlimited thali with amazing good healthy and taste food. I will put a detailed review on that soon

This गावरान थाळी has different flavours blasting through them and gives us a glimpse of what Maharashtra has to offer us in terms of food! And definitely try their kharwas it will melt in your mouth literally! Service is way awesome all the staff present are polite and will help... And the atmosphere here is soo soothing with soft music and calm... If you're having a bad day this place will surely change your vibe... Truly Authentic Maharashtrian in every sense..

Lip smacking authentic maharashtrian cuisine! Loved their Gavran thali and puran poli.

We had also ordered wada pav, missal pav and aloo wadi. Everything tasted upto the mark, however aloo wadi was a little too sweet probably because of the jaggery.

Packaging was super neat!

Overall felt happy having their Thali. Next time will dine in to experience the ambience and service.

Truly maharashtrian, it has a wide menu catering to the maharashtrian palate.
The interiors are really good and depicts maharashtrian history. Lots of seating available.
We tried all the starters and the Aam Ras Puri, and they were very tasty.
Hoping to try their TWO thalis the next time.

Had heard so much good about this restaurant, so decided to try it out yesterday for snacks, and not disappointed at all. The menu card lists out quite a number of dishes. Misal pav, kanda bajji and kothmir vadi we had were authentic and delicious, and the best part of it all was that there was not much chilli, yet just the right amount to make them tasty. The tea seemed freshly prepared, not too thick or sweet. Service was quick and courteous.

The place serves good Marathi cuisine. Everything we ordered was good, be it thali-peet, bhakris, rassas, baigan bharta or dal Khanduri. Narlibhat (dessert) was specially tasty and quantity was much more than expected. A place definitely worth trying.

I visited Hotel Metkut on 22nd September which is known for its authentic Maharashtrian Food.

Metkut has 2 hotels in Thane so I got confused and entered this hotel. I wanted to visit other metkut as it had other items liked Misal Pav, Usal Pav, Khichdi, etc.

But after a while I realized that I entered a wrong one. But then I thought let's have a try.

Ordered 2 Metkut Thali. Straight away the service was very quick. They served the items on thali very quickly.

The thali looked very simple. But later I tasted the food and it was very delicious. Shimla Batata Bhaji and Aloowadi Bhaji was very delicious and tasty. Had nothing liked it in my entire life.
Halwa was very light and good.
I liked their Moong Wada and Batata Wada aswell with the green Chutney they served.
We were also given Masala Chass which was slightly salted and cold in taste. It was great too.
Moong Khichdi was good aswell which they topped with ghee on it.
The only thing I didn't liked was Koodpaaj Pitad as I am not used to eat that type of curry.

At the end they gave Sweet Paan which was good too.

The food was very simple, light, healthy and tasted well.

Metkut is a renowned restaurant which serves authentic Maharashtrian dishes. The menu card has variety of dishes from all over Maharashtra.
Food is tasty. Menu is very reasonable.
Place is hygienic.
Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu.
Soda drinks are not served. Only ethnic Marathi drinks like Kokam sharbat, Piyush, etc. are available.

Ambiance is good.
