Fun And Fit Gym in Thane

I started PT with Biraj as I had weight issues and I wanted to tone my body. so I strongly felt Personal Training was the best option for me.

Biraj is so easy to get along with, friendly and approachable which is exactly what I was looking for. He works around my limitations but still somehow manages to push me.

I’ve so much more confidence in my ability now and I owe that to Biraj. Absolutely worth the investment of both time and money.

on top of that the gym is nice and clean, lots of equipment to choose from, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

It has been two months since I have joined the gym, and I'd like to share my experience. As a 52-year-old female with issues in my L5 and L4 for the past 20 years, as well as being diabetic, managing my health was becoming increasingly challenging. However, since joining the gym, I have noticed a significant improvement in my daily activities too. Under Biraj's guidance, who is a fantastic trainer and fully understands my slip disc problems, tailors my workouts accordingly. I am thrilled with my decision to join this gym.

The gym experience is exceptional .

The 1 hrs training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new session, so it is never boring.

The experience is really good, gym equipment and personal training is apt. Overall service there are rarely any gaps for complaints.

I have been member since 2013, Atmosphere in the gym is good and all the trainer are well trained and qualified especially Vishal and Purva Madam..!

Well, my experience with Fun and Fit has been incredible. While the trainers guide you through the exercises, the ambiance is great. Moreover, the trainer doesn't hesitate to answer even if you have a lot of queries in your mind. The equipment is also quite great when you want ot meet your fitness goals.
