HDFC Bank

My personal experience today. I reached the bank at 5 minutes past 4pm. The bank had stopped the services to the customers at 4pm. When i requested in a polite way the staff Ms Neeraja Gopinath was willing to receive some money which i deposited today. Thanks to HDFC bank and the supporting staff ....let the bank fly in good colours for ever....

Atm and bank both are on first floor so it may be difficult for senior citizens

Unmaintained atm machines

The worst service Ive experienced from a bank. Their staffs are taking calls when we are in the middle of discussion. Zero respect to their clients and pursuing every possible way to squeeze money out of our pocket. Im a student and in every other banks they have a certain consideration towards students but not in HDFC. The formalities they have is unheard of. Crookedness at its best.

I had approached the bank in May 20, to help my octogenarian in-laws in merging their 3 account. The staff was acting all helpful only to pry away the money to their chosen investment. After fighting for one month, finally the manager helped in getting access to our money.
Now again, when approached by my Brother in law approached for removing his deceased Fathers name from the account, they again lambasted him with investment opportunities, and once he stated he is not interested, they are making him run around . Have some shame , even public banks have improved.
Makes me think about taking all my accounts from this bank, which I had for last 25 years.
Sad state of affairs

This is the funniest Bank I have ever seen with full of clowns sitting inside . Branch Manager acts like she is the RBI Chief . Relationship managers are sitting thinking how to con people , taking your money for bank benefits. When you go to bank to withdraw your own money , Staffs acts like it’s their money .

I have applied for account closure more than 3 months back. It's still not been closed. They have tried to trick me into believing false rules for account closure. They have lied to me.
Zero regard for customers. The absolute worst branch.

NO ONE CAN EXPECT SUCH A WORST SERVICE FROM A BANK LIKE HDFC BANK. THERE YOU CAN SEE ARROGANT AND USELESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS AND BRANCH MANGERS. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SORT OF SERVICES FROM THEM. THEIR CLUSTERHEAD ALSO FROM THE SAME CATEGORY AND ALWAYS SUPPORTING THESE NONSENSE FELLOWS!!!!! THATS WHY I STARTED TRANSFERRING MY FUNDS TO OTHER RESPONSIVE BANKS.

I'm banking with HDFC Bank for last 19 yrs.. and I should say they are very poor in CRM, cant reach Call centre services and even frequent loan recovery calls!
