Ammathi Scuba Dive Resorts - Agatti Lakshadweep

This was a trip of a lifetime! We came here for our PADI open water scuba diver certification and it was an awesome experience, the instructor are well trained and make you feel at very ease. We loved every second with Ammathi team.
Everything from the food to the beach was amazing.

Lakshadweep was an unforgettable experience thanks to Abdukka and his team. The stay , food and hospitality extended to us was the best we could ask for. Also special thanks to the scuba team for helping us make our first scuba experience out of the world. You have a given us a bunch of sweet memories that we will cherish forever. We haven't had enough of Lakshadweep and we will be coming back for sure.

Lakshadweep was a surreal experience.. one of the most unexplored places in India, of virgin beaches and clear blue waters. One of the best places to scuba dive and explore the depths of the ocean, beautiful corals and never before seen underwater world. Ammathi scuba diving center made this experience real for us. The divers were very professional and patient in teaching and training us to fulfil our dream to undertake our first dive successfully even though some of us did not know swimming..especially Sameers team of divers who made this experince fun and stressfree. Thank you!!! for the experince of a lifetime, we hope to visit Lakshadweep again soon!!!

The dive resort
Resort was having a view towards beach. The proper and the best guides we got from ammathi.
We just loved the vibe they shared and we felt like a place we know previously . Each and every one in the resort made sure that we are getting a comfortable homely experience .

The dive
The dive we all got was a next level one . We can guarantee that we all saw more than what we expected and saw in the reels and other videos . These divers are well trained divers with a certification of Padi . These people will also taught us how to care the things under the sea like corals,algae,turtles etc . The most important thing is they all are from lakshdweep and they are good in hindi , english , Malayalam too . They made sure that we are all enjoying the trip in their land

The best experience you could have are with these people. Amazing stay and such courteous people. They know in and out of the place and took such great care of our team of 6 women. The diving team is great and very well equipped.

Couldn’t have asked for an even better scuba diving experience .
The marine life here at Lakshadweep is fabulous .
The scuba instructors were very helpful and he constantly kept checking on me if I am ok , as we descended .
Was lucky to see clown fish in its natural habitat , learnt a lesson to not touch the clown fish anemone as it stings

The best scuba diving services at Agatti Island, Lakshadweep. Agatti has the best spots for scuba diving with extremely clear water.

In short, if you are looking for some amazing sunrise/sunset with an amazing views and peaceful days, Lakshadweep is for you.
And if you are looking for the best guide there and a hassle free travel experience, Sameer and their team is the one for you.

When we (Sneha and I) were planning for our honeymoon trip, Lakshadweep was our first choice but we were not sure about paper work (PCC, permits, pick up and drop etc etc).

Then we came to know about Sameer.
We contacted him via social media (Facebook). We had discussed with the budgets and all. He said we will have to pay half amount first and full amount just before getting the permit.

To be very honest, I was not very sure about this. Trusting a stranger is not that easy, specially when this much amount is involved. But we had read some of the reviews by some tourists.

So we decided to go with it and we are glad we chose Sameer and his team. The way he and his team managed everything was too good. We couldnt ask better.

Here some of the points which he and his team did for us :
1. He helped us in how we should get PCC.
2. He completed all the paper work before we reached Agatti.
3. He came for receiving us in Kavaratti.
4. He arranged a Scooty for us and we loved getting lost and found in Kavaratti on our chetak 🛵❤
5. Hotel rooms and view from them were just amazing. He had already shared original pics for that. But being actually there, feels different!
6. Food was very good specially in Kavaratti.
7. On Sneha's request, he even helped her to arrange a surprise candle light dinner date for us that too with a customized cake. 🥰
8. His scuba diving n other water sports team @ammathi scuba is just commendable. The team is very helpful. I don't know how to swim but they helped a lot and made me very comfortable. The view from inside water is just awesome!!

I visited Lakshadweep with 2 other friends in November 2022. Arrangements of stay, permit, transfers & diving course was all amazingly managed by Samir & his team. Every single expectation of ours was noted & taken care of. The stay at Kavaratti & Agatti was excellent choice. The entire team along with Samir Aman was extremely kind, generous & helpful in everyway. Samir went over & beyond to suggest us with good cafes & places to visit too. Since we are backpackers, our budget too was taken care of. I will highly recommend these people as the best of the host & services of choice when travelling to Lakshadweep without a doubt.

Ammati Scuba and their team have me the best experience of my life at Lakshadweep. Samiir and the crew was very welcoming and made our group feel at home in the beautiful land of corals. Scuba diving was a lifetime experience. It is a must if you visit Lakshadweep. It is easy and also lot of fun, bewildering and something new which must be experienced.

On our recent family vacation to Agatti Lakshadweep, we did a "discover scuba" dive through Ammathi Scuba center. Most of us were new to the experience, and it was absolutely amazing and one of the must do things in your life.

Naushad, Abu and their team took great care to ensure we have a memorable experience. Each of us were individually escorted by certified dive masters, and taken for a 25-30min dive experience. We did a lagoon and a open sea dive. They don't resort to gimmicks like feeding the fish, to attract the fish. Instead they actually take you to their natural habitat among the corals. Their whole team is very environmental conscious and work towards preserving the coral reefs.

Considering Scuba needs expensive gear, equipment and other arrangements, their charges are very reasonable. They are very down to earth hardworking team.
Ammathi Scuba also conducts PADI certification courses. My sons are hoping to do a PADI certified course after this experience.

Had been planning to visit Lakshadweep for a diving trip since 5 years, and then finally got the opportunity to visit last week. Thanks to Ammathi Scuba for organising and guiding me right from planning the trip to arranging the permit, food, stay and the amazing diving experience. Special thanks to Rizal who helped me during my Advanced open water certification, and Abdul ji for helping throughout my stay in Agatti. One of the most surreal experiences I have ever had. :)
