Worst experience ever & one of the worst hospitals of Bokaro. Their moto is only to make money and loot patients by prescribing unnecessary medicines and injections. My wife was admitted after viral fever from 2-3 days she just needed care for 1 day and was fine but they told that she will need 3 days to recover although she felt normal they unnecessarily prescribed injections. Pathetic conditions of rooms & washrooms also. Will never go there again and suggest everyone not to go there for any treatment. Doctor's(Ritesh Sinha) behavior is very rude and arrogant. Deserves 0 star for making a bill of Rs.42000/- for 3 days medication for just dangue fever.

I had booked this diagnostic centre for undergoing medical of my life insurance application. I called the centre for rescheduling my visiting hours. However, the person over the phone answered so unprofessionally that I decided not to undergo medical there and also informed my Insurance company about the same. Zero sense of customer service. The person should understand that there are plethora of diagnostic centres to choose from, in the locality where he is operating and this type of unprofessional behaviour will take him no where.

The lady doctor is more like medical representative. She is more focused in prescribing a lot of unnecessary medicines only available in her pharmacy. One normal routine checkup of pregnancy and she would prescribe 7-8 different medicines worth rs. 4000 each month. What is more shocking that she prescribe all her visitors pregnant women same set of medicines, mostly unnecessary medicines.
