The best gym with all the equipment which we require during different sets......aur baat rha trainner ka to ,he is the best trainner of Bokaro for me,aur jo log bolte hai n ki trainner ka language theek nhi hai trainner ka disgusting hai.......to bhai log wo trainner hai tumhara babysitter nhi jo tumko baithakr aarti utarenge aur chamach se protein khilaenge.......unka strictness se he hm log apna comfort zone se bahar nikl skte hai.......aur jo wo scold krte hai ya gaali dete hai to wo sirf tum log ke lie dete hai taaki tumlog apna goal pr focus rho aur apna exercise sahi dhang se kro.........baki aap dekhlo ki aapko sachi me ek trainner chaie jo joat kr bhi aapko shi track pr rakhe kii ek aisa trainner chaie jo maugaa ki tarah baith kr aapke galat exercise mai tareef kre.....
