Apart from Billy's being a fun place to be at, they have some amazing food to offer you guys. Their Liver Pate, Rechado Wings and Chocolate Pancakes are to die for. Do give it a try.

Outstanding service and ambience!

I have been a regular at Billy's cafe now, with my husband, family and friends as well. The food, service and ambience has never surprised me. The quality and taste of food as well as the outstanding service has got me back here.

There are a couple of other restaurants around, however the warmth with which you are served, the chill ambience and the awesome quality of food makes this space stand out!

The ground plus one level which is air-conditioned, along with outdoor seating area is an ideal place to chill and grab a bite!

If you are in South Goa, you should visit here without a doubt!

Really chill place with good ambience.
Short menu but everything there is amazing.
Service is a bit slow since its made from scratch, but it's definitely worth the wait.
The pricing is pretty good and the food is crazy good. I definitely recommend trying the honey mustard wings and the pancakes.
The quantity is also really good. The place is on the main road so it's quite easy to find.

Everything--menu, dishes, cutlery, ambience--is tastefully curated.

Must-try steak and curry items. All dishes are ground crushed and not from preservatives-induced packs. Each item brings out the flavors of all ingredients.

Service is prompt, love the chicken wings and french fries variety..

A great hang out...the ambience is nice and cozy with a very good menu serving very good food...

After seeing all non veg items in menu, i didn't have much expectation from veg dishes. I was wrong. The paneer steaks and Veg cheese cigar was too good and unique too

The food was amazing , we tried
Podi dosa,
Veg Pizza,
Sandwich and brownie.
Host was very welcoming , they did not charge us for baby milk as a Gesture.

Highly recommended.

Very good food , reasonable price and amount

Really nice place to chill out and have a snack. May seem expensive at first but the quantity is worth it. Wide variety of food and drinks are available here. There's a deck of cards and other stuff to play with to pass the time before your food arrives.
Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

The food was delicious. We ordered chicken cheese nacho and spicy chicken wings. We played some uno and the ambience and music were also great

Highly recommend this place for people who want to hangout with friends. The staff is really polite and helpful and the price of items are very cheap bt the quality of food is great.

The chicken burger & the veg exotic sandwich are wholesome and tasted good. A good & cosy place to grab a bite quickly or just to hang out in the evening.

Known for their good breakfast, their mains are a pretty great choice as well. Great hospitality from the owner and even better service.

A great place to stop by for some amazing Avacado shake. Top up with some pretty good snacks. The service staff had great interest in serving us with what we liked.

Oh im a cafe explorer and i just loved the ambience and the food .They also have local Goa brewed beers !
