This was the first experience with Sri Durga, Moti Nagar service centre. I called up to confirm appointment for the next day, somehow the GM Mr. K.K. Chauhan ji was courteous enough to understand my issue and call me the same moment. Assigned to Mr. Shadab, my vehicle was well handled and my concerns were speedily resolved. My experience has been great and would recommend everyone to visit this service centre for sure.

I took my Scorpio N for servicing. Technicians and staff was professional and did their job diligently with full enthusiasm. Mr Krishna and Mr Rajesh were helpful and explained each work they were to do. Technicians Shamshuddin and Arjun were professionally sound.
