It was a great experience dealing with Rana Motors at Jankapuri showroom.
RM Pradeep Sharma & True Value spoc Jeetpal Singh were very good & dealt with great spirit. Pradeep was expectionally supportive & answered all my calls even during late evening after his office hours.
Jeetpal gave me a awesome price for my old vehicle which i exchange against the new Maruti.

Ramandeep Singh provided excellent service throughout the entire car purchasing process. He provided a thorough explanation of all the different car models and treated us like family, making the entire experience incredibly fun and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend asking for his help if you wish to purchase a car and will undoubtedly be promoted to general manager soon, with his terrific customer service skills.

I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Spresso from Rana Motors three months ago. Right from booking till now, the services that they have provided have been exemplary. Their sales and other executives are very positive, extremely competent and continuously maintain a healthy relationship with the customer. All my concerns are looked into in a professional manner by the executive.
Harneet and Pooja the sales executives; Ms Pooja, the maintenance executive and any other person with whom I have interacted with have all been extremely professional, positive and helpful.
Their after sales services are amongst the best that I have ever seen in my life! Normally this is a gray area of most of the agencies but Rana Motors scores a perfect 10 out of 10 here also!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this dealership. I booked Brezza ZXI+ AT on 20th Jan 2023, and I got the call that the vehicle has been allocated on 3rd Feb! That’s almost unbelievable to say the least.
Mr. Manish Mehra (RM) is an absolute gem of a person. Payment, finance, insurance, accessories and all other formalities were done in a single day, he was ready to deliver the car on the same day but we decided to wait till 8th of Feb.
