This Govt of India Passport office at Hathibarkala Dehradun is extremely efficient .Can not believe it is so professionally run under Govt of India umbrella .India has transformed,this feeling has made foot prints.Thank you so much .My normal passport application was granted in an hour time .Unbelievable.

Very disciplined, cooperative and friendly staff. Quiet, safe and clean environment. In the lunch time, there is a problem because there is no food arrangement etc. nearby.

I applied for a fresh passport for my 5 month old baby. She got cranky while I was taking care of the paperwork at the token counter. The staff was extremely helpful and as per their policy expedited my process.
I got my passport renewed in 2016. The process was seamless then too.
The young team on ground is efficient in discharging their responsibility impeccably.

Very nice experience a team of young n energetic officers are there to resolve all you issues my file was on hold for ECNR removal n on submission of an additional document it was processed in 15 min n I recived a message of passport printing initiated in another 30 min. Keep Going 👍
