Passport office staff is very helpful. You will have to park you vehicle on roadside. When you go to passport office, please take your original documents and their photocopies. Please reach as per the date and time given in order to save your own time. Photocopies service is available inside the passport seva Kendra.

My whole application got submitted in 15-20 minutes. Staff was very co-operative and they had a different queuing priority for senior citizen

The team checking initial documents also identified some mistakes in form and guided me helpfully to get them corrected

Fast process, nearly 1:30 hours.
Most of the staff members were polite and helpful.
Some of them are bad though, they don't know how to talk/help the customer.

Very supportive staff and the whole process was quicker than expected. Generally, government staff is defamed for being unsupportive but I was surprised to see such good control of things. Covid precautions are also taken care of.
