Dr.Shankar Acharya is a personification of dedication and commitment to his profession. I was detected with Spinal Tuberculosis in 2010 and had to undergo two consecutive surgeries at the gap of five weeks in 2011. I was operated upon for the implants of D8 and D9. I had no hope of any kind of recovery but being the patient of Dr.Acharya I am leading my normal life consisting of painting daily, driving, travelling abroad too. I am a professional painter and consistently been holding exhibitions and the whole credit goes to Dr. Shankar Acharya and his physio team with Shailesh Tiwari who has always responded to my all sensical or nonsensical issues related to my anxiety and actual problems. I have been able to participate twice in Marathon also with him and his team. Thanks to Almighty for getting me connected to Dr Acharya and providing me a normal and healthy life . He is a superb human being who contributed his precious time at an orthopaedic camp organised at our Delhi University Women Association and gave expert opinion with medicines to many patients . I have been visiting Dr Shankar Acharya since last 8 years due to my wife's spinal problem.
We were very much worried whenever first visited him,if doctor says for operation,it may be risky one.
But my wife got cured through madicine & physiotherapy only.

Three months back my elder brother came from Kolkata to meet doctor as he was getting acute pain in his right lower side of the spinal.
Doctor saw all the MRI, reports etc..

It is difficult to find words to express my gratitude for Dr. Shankar Acharya. My father had been suffering with severe cervical & lumbar issue with left foot drop since 2012-13. He was 78 yrs then and in a painful situation. Dr. Acharya operated upon & fixed his precarious cervical disformity and did lumbar decompression which relieved him of pain & foot numbness. His foot drop had become chronic and could not be cured hence his movement remained restricted and with two years of COVID his bones further degenerated causing reoccurrence of lumbar problem, he was advised lumbar fixing by Dr. Acharya. In 2022, at his age of 83 yrs, we all in the family were quite nervous to put him under the knife again but our indomitable confidence in Dr. Acharya sailed us through this difficult surgery to arrest his failing health, bowl & bladder controls. Dr Shankar Acharya is one of the best few Ortho - Spine Surgeons in the country. I had a cervical bone fracture with spinal code compression and was in an extreme critical situation when I was taken to Dr Acharya. It was on 2015 and within a year thankfully I had a complete recovery. I could get back to my life with that much ease which I never thought would be possible.
Personally he is no less than a God to my family and me. It is also important to mention the personal care and attention I had received from the team throughout the treatment and even during review meetings. Dr Saurabh Mathur- the physio in the team was really supportive and helpful.

My mother was suffering with back pain for many years was not able to walk for more than 20 steps without bending.
