We were searching for a compact SUV and we were almost to finalize Honda Elevate after the test drive. I had suggested to my wife to just have a test drive of Kia Sonet. The test drive was booked and we met Mr. Lyon and he described the features in detail. My wife just agreed for a drive but she had already finalized honda elevate. When we started the drive she was amazed with its features and we suddenly changed our minds. Then we thought we would buy the car from Sirsi because we're from Karwar. Lyon convinced us very impressive so we paid an advance of 25000/- and booked the car. But during the process of approval and disbursement of loans the bank employees were not very cooperative with us. But during all this time Lyon was standing by us till the handover of the car. We are very much confident that he will help us in every point in the future also. We were really amazed and impressed with his nature, behaviour and dedication towards his work and company he is working for. As he is a beginner we were inspired and know he will do good and reach the heights he wishes very easily. His helpful nature will surely attract customers for the group he is working for.

Kia staff are excellent and efficient and the pantry staff are wonderful. They serve good coffee. Lyon, our Kia sales rep is a great person with amazing leadership and sales skills.

God! if there was an extra ⭐ I would have bestowed it on them, they never cease to delight me. When I say 'they' I mean all people that I have come in contact with, alongside Ms. Nevgi, at the reception and Ms. Francisca who would keep you well hydrated throughout your time there.

But Mr. Vinay is the one person who I attribute my happy experiences to. Kia and ADC management if you are reading this then know that you have got a jewel here. A real gem of a person clear, crisp and honest.

For rest of the experiences and comparisons with other dealers in Goa I'll put a more detailed review for each but for now the above should suffice.

We are from kerala. Our key got damaged while we were at Goa at night and we were stuck.
We contacted kia and then assisted us immediately.
Our car took by the RSA and we got the new key by next day itself.

Its Kia Motors authorized dealership in Goa. They do have all the major varients available along with Kia's EV Varient which looks stunning. They do have Sales as well as Service facility available.

Visited the showroom to enquire about the purchase of a new vehicle on 28th September 2023, afternoon.

Was asked to be seated and was attended after 15 mins or so. We had to park on the airport road, as there was no parking in their compund.

Mr. Shettye was very informative and prompt in realting to us in products and their specs. Kudos to him.

I really appreciate Mr.Viraj for his excellent service. I took the delivery of Kia sonet yesterday. So far I am quite impressed with the services they provided. Even though there is a shortage with accesses such as alloys, I would like to give a 5 🌟 because they handed over the key before the day they had promised..

Well kept premises, clean and hygienic environment. Even the toilets are maintained in top conditions which shows how much Kia values customers.

The staff is helpful and focused on the needs of the customer. Will take time to explain every detail without hurrying up.

Only thing, getting service appointments is becoming difficult due to large number of vehicles on road. Goa desperately needs a second service center.
