The shop is just at the corner of pancheel residential society next to the petrol pump when u come from hauz khaz towards CR Park. The owner is a nice man and sell fresh flowers at reasonable price. You can pay through paytm and other digital carriers how ever it's better to carry cash. You can negotiate on price too and save some bucks.
