visited your flower store and I must say, I was truly impressed with the wide range of beautiful and fresh flowers that you offer. The quality of your products is impeccable and I was very pleased with my purchase. However, I wanted to bring to your attention that the waiting time at your store was a bit high. While I understand that providing excellent customer service can sometimes lead to longer wait times, I believe this is an area that could be improved upon to further enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, I had a positive experience at your store and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Awfully expensive place to buy flowers. They are not at all fresh and are sold at exorbitant prices. Better to buy at a local florist than Ferns n Petals.
Staff here is very rude and has a big attitude. They sell flowers at 2 times the market rate. Flowers are also of poor quality and old

Give order around 3pm today but they didn't sent flowers and keep telling me it ll be at the place in 1 hr. After 4 hr passe, they stop picking up the phone. So never trust these guys, keep tracking it again n again and if they didn't deliver in 1 hr order from somebody else.

This place if not Fernsnpetals, but this is Tata Communications Ltd. (Old VSNL Colony).
