I stopped by this temple to enjoy the architecture I saw in other user photos. I later realized I would get some exposure to Hinduism too. When I visited, a special ceremony for Krishna. After proceeding past the entrance, you will walk up a few flights of steps seeing a bookstore and bakery along the way. At the top is the entrance inside the temple. There be mindful that you must remove your shoes before entering out of respect. Inside you will see several works of art and ornate architecture all in the theme of Hinduism with nods to Krishna. After touring the temple, I stumbled upon a light and sound show that is an attraction detailing the fundamentals of Hinduism and the origins of Krishna. It was about 300 rupee to enter, cash only. The experience was well done in the sense of the narrative, use of projectors, and the sound effects and lighting. It is not animatronic, rather statues and models along with projector screens will guide you through the story. Worth a bring visit if you made it to Iskcon

Very peaceful place, please get a tour guide so you know more about the place and the proper customs or rules of the temple.

No shoes allowed, there’s a safe place on the outside where you can leave your shoes (they charge).

You can buy flowers, I bought some rose necklaces to get blessed. You can get them back once they do the ritual.

The ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) Temple is often praised for its spiritual ambiance, beautiful architecture, and engaging cultural activities. Devotees appreciate the serene atmosphere, melodious kirtans (devotional songs), and the opportunity to participate in the rituals. The temple often conducts insightful lectures on Vedic philosophy. However, it can get crowded, especially during festivals. Overall, the ISKCON Temple provides a peaceful retreat for those seeking spiritual connection and cultural experiences.

Decided to visit Iskcon Temple on my birthday. It was my 1st visit to temple but I have not seen more beautiful Iskcon temple ever before.
The temple is also known as Sri Sri Radha Parthasarathi Mandir, a well-known Vaishnav temple of Lord Krishna and Radharani.
It was inaugurated on 5 April 1998 by the former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
It is situated at Hare Krishna Hills, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash area, South Delhi, India.
The architecture and serene ambiance is just amazing.
A must-visit for those seeking a peaceful and enlightening journey.
The temple is usually crowded except on festivals it is heavily crowded....
But the overall atmosphere is simply mesmerizing and devotional.
Must visit. Don't forget to collect Prasad.
Free Entry.

Serene and religious.

After my below average experience at ISKCON Bangalore, I thought all of them would be like that. But this one was different. It was small and crowded yet peaceful and charming. People were happy to chant the mantras.

The paintings of Radha Krishna were mesmerizing. Wish I'd put that tilak on my forehead before entering 😀

It's a beautiful place to visit. There is a different kind of calmness & peace in this temple. The best time to visit is in Sunday morning for the morning Aarti at 7:30 , after that you can also sit for Pravachan( from Bhagvat gita) and Prasad after that ... it's an amazing experience. I highly recommend you guys to attend the morning Aarti . And this place will definitely give you a peaceful time away from all the chaos in delhi.

Quiet place to hang around God. There is so much crowd here that we need to stand for 10 min even to get inside the main temple.

But the overall environment is so friendly and godly if my Mausa ji and mausi ji hadn't tried to get out so quick we would have a great time. But i like that i was with my sensible brother that i was able to get quiet good views of temple.

Jai shri krishna.
