The new update to the system an working of PNB, is very Good but, ATM Mchine is pretty much old, but works well, along with the drop check machine and a lingering Watchmam. The Bank has few employees and is always crowded, follow the old bank matran (come early and get your work done )

Have you ever seen that show Office Office with Pankaj Kapoor? Which shows the incompetence of government offices and how utterly useless the staff is? Well Punjab National Bank is the epitomization of everything wrong with government offices in India.
Its run by unskilled morons who don't know anything about banking or customer service. They dont know basic things about retail banking and we were unlucky enough to open a business account with them and suffer many times due to their lack of knowledge about anything related to forex transactions.
On numerous occasions I have heard their own employees curse other employees and their bank and say how useless the bank is.
If you want to be happy, please do not open an account here. Seriously this is the most pathetic bank in the world.
