I'd like to share my delightful experience with the Mahindra Thar purchase from Naik Motors - Verna, Goa.

From the time of test drive and booking till the delivery of the vehicle, my experience with Naik Motors - Verna has been truly wonderful.

Everybody in the sales and support team has been very kind and responsive.

My sales point of contact - Abhijeet Kurtarkar has been extremely helpful from Day1. As soon as the test drive was booked, he immediately arranged
the vehicles at my place - Btw, before making the decision I took test drives of Thar, Scorpio and XUV 700. Other than Mahindra I also took
test drives of Skoda (Slavia, Kushaq), Hyundai (New Verna, Tucson) and some other brands. My Thar test drive was very well arranged and Abhijeet was
more than happy to give me a long & extended test drive to experience it on various terrains. Right after the test drive I booked Thar RWD, Petrol Automatic!

The waiting period of Thar was 4-5 weeks. The GM Mr. Gaurish Sakhardande and my POC Mr Abhijeet Kurtarkar made every attempt to deliver the vehicle
within the 5 weeks timeline - I'm sure it was not easy given the demand for Thar - especially, in a tourist place like Goa - Nevertheless,
their team is completely focused on customer satisfaction - Both Gaurish and Abhijeet went above and beyond to ensure I get my vehicle within the originally
communicated timeline! I truly appreciate their help to make it happen.

Abhijeet also helped with accessories package selection. He was able to get me a good deal on the insurance package as well.

Was very skeptical at first reading the reviews, went for the first servicing of my XUV 700 , staff was very welcoming and helpful ,servicing went off smooth although takes a lil longer , but understandable as they have only one service station for whole of south Goa. Overall was a very good experience.

Service was apt. And on time. Well mannered service staff Thea lounge seating is great. Knowledgeable service advisors.

Good and professional service centre. Friendly and helpful Service advisors.

Front office is well appointed. I reached as per appointment and was promptly attended to. Customer lounge is good with a huge LED TV with all desired channels of Tata Sky. The customers were well attended to, with coffees and teas in between.

Shop floor is sizeable and has all equipments required as per standard. Safety culture was evident and I didn't find any negligence or safety violations anywhere.

Service advisor and technician were professional and knew their job well.

Overall a fine service centre which should gather fine reputation in the city for professionalism and quality of work.

This review is for the service we received from the staff on 12-Oct-2021. Our vehicle had brake pad and brake disc issue of the rented Marazzo while we were on vacations in Goa, and had to be addressed immediately. While it was difficult to locate the place as google maps had the location incorrect, the staff was courteous to guide us from the place we were.
Though the workshop was busy, the staff considered our situation and had the service done, parts replaced within the time we could finish order-receive-eat our lunch, which was a little over 2 hours.

I would certainly want to add the names of all those staff had helped us and provided us with all facilities for our families with kids during our visit.

Had a wonderful experience with Naik Motors, Verna. Right from the sales reps to the GM, everyone is dedicated and will put in their effort to make the customer satisfied. There were a lot of issues with Mahindra at company level with respect to the delivery of the car. But thanks to the efforts put in by the dealership the issues were very well taken care of.
