It has been a wonderful experience working with Mr. Hemanth and Mr. Girish to complete the sale of my apartment in Yadavagiri, Mysuru, over the last 3 months. Back in 2022, when I was looking for a reliable realtor, I came across their agency and decided to engage them, looking at their track record. Have to say, they have lived up to their reputation in terms of dealing professionally and transparently at every stage of the sale, be it negotiation, contracts, brokerage or lead times in closing the deal, expected consideration value or working with government agencies. While I learned the finer details during the process, they ensured all the background work was done from their end for smooth completion of the transaction. My experience with Hanu Reddy Real Estate team especially with Hemanth Kumar was incredible, fantastic and first class. I live in US and few months back I was visiting my parents at my hometown Mysore, India. I happened to meet Hemanth Kumar through my sister (who had purchased a plot already through him few years back). Right from the first meeting till we closed on the property Hemanth and team did a terrific job in taking care of us The complexity of buying a property in India while leaving abroad is not easy. Hemanth and his team made our experience a breeze by hand holding every step of the way in a transparent manner. They coordinated seamlessly between my mortgage bank, lawyers, sellers (who happen to be in US and in Tamilnadu, India) and my aged parents. Hemanth was available any time of the day over Whatapp and emails. They went the extra mile by transporting my parents many many times to banks and lawyers in their personal cars. This just personifies customer service and a world class service. Considering the time difference between all the parties involved in the transaction, it was challenge to coordinate and made the transaction complicated. I had a very pleasant experience while dealing with Mr. B. Sathish KUmar, Vice President-Mysuru Branch of M/s Hanu Reddy Real Estate in connection with identifying a suitable tenant for my house. He is very thorough in his dealings and most importantly is very transparent in his communications and actions.

I was desperately trying to purchase a house property in Mysore in the name of my wife preferably in Vijayanagar and Gokulam Localities. I tried through several real estate agencies and also through my friends and relatives.

Though i could see some of the properties through real estate agencies, it was not materialized due to various reasons.

One fine day, i had seen an advertisement regarding the sale of property in Star of Mysore newspaper in 1st Stage of Vijayanagar by Hanu Reddy Realty Pvt. Ltd.

So, immediately i had contacted Mr. Hemantha Kumar, representative of Hanu Reddy and he made an arrangement to visit the house property and also arranged the meeting with the seller. There was a direct interaction between me and seller and the negotiation part got over within short span of time.

Mr. Hemanth Kumar also arranged all the required documents for legal opinion and the property got registered.

Everything is very transparent and there is no scope for any suspicion or confusion.
