I would give this florist and the person who delivered a 5 star rating, the other day i wanted a bouquet urgently, i googled for florist and randomly dialed this one, believe me, he landed at my doorstep, with a great bouquet, fresh flowers, which are still fresh after 2 days, and great price. I highly recommend

This morning we placed an order with Emotions The Florist for a flower bouquet to be delivered at my cousin's wedding venue [Raghavendra Mutt -Mulund West] at 10am. We had decided not to attend in view of the lockdown situation. However, we changed our mind and reached there. The florist had already delivered the bouquet which was placed on a table in the hall. On closer look, we were disappointed to see that the flowers were all yellow and had started wilting, leaves drooping and overall left us embarrassed to even gift it to the new couple. We immediately clicked a picture and updated the florist of the pathetic delivery. Not surprisingly, this fly-by-night shop has no respect for customers because he ignored our message and did not reply. Dear reader, please do not get duped by such however small or big the order may be. He ruined our beautiful morning with this dishonest service and thought of swindling us of our money. Mr. Emotions The Florist, What an irony of a name! You clearly lack emotions...
