Well this is going to be a long review but I cannot help saying it. I bought my first roadbike from Bharath cycle just yesterday. There's this person named sameer who works there. Two months ago, prior to choosing the right bike within my budget, i had multiple discussions with sameer who was very helpful from the get go. Finally I decided to buy a cosmic rx32. and I was told that the bike with the frame size I needed was in stock. Sameer helped me book the bike and held it until yesterday. He dealt very professionally and knows the ins and outs of cycles and cycling very well. Such a genuine person. After buying the bike form the store, I was planning to ride it to my home in hebbal. That being my first road bike, sameer gave me a quick lesson on gear shifting and other things to keep in mind while traversing such a long distance for the first time. The service i experienced was top notch. 100% satisfied. Would recommend it to anyone. There were many cycle shops in and around mysore but the bike of my choice was in stock only at Bharath cycle traders and i was not disappointed with my experience there. Even if I am planning to buy another bike in the future, sameer would be the first person I would be contacting for sure. A huge thanks to team bharath cycle .
