I had purchased a HP Envy X360 from this outlet! After using it for a month, the speaker of laptop was having severe loss of output and squeaky noise. I took my laptop to HP Service Centre next to this outlet to get the speaker replaced. Unfortunately, they were unable to source speaker from HP since the laptop was a recent launch.

I took this laptop to this same outlet where I purchased. Thanzeel from HP was patient enough to listen to all my frustrations where I had to spend a whole sum of amount on a flagship product and not getting the part replaced. After careful considerations, he promised me to get the entire unit replaced and got the unit replaced in 2 working days!! Highly Recommended!!

NB:- They offer impressive deals too. I was offered a better deal than Amazon and other outlets.

Their services towards costumers are good.. And lot of variety of laps and all are available. The sales person are good towards customers. Their phone number is not in the details in Map thats the only thing I think as negative.. This affect the good customer to find another shop away from it.
