I booked the De Luxe Room 111, and this is my honest review.
1. If you are to arrive here by taxi, you ought not to be concerned about what the neighbourhood looks like: the neighborhood does not look pretty, but there is nothing sinister or menacing about it. So, if you are a discerning traveller, it should not matter to you.
2. *Caution* You do have to climb stairs (many steps) from the street level to arrive at the tiny, tidy, but well-lit hotel lobby.
3. The personnel here are straightforward, unvarnished, but beguilingly charming, courteous, and efficcient.
3. My De Luxe room, 111 smelled of fresh roses when I entered, and I found the room to be *extremely* well-appointed, spacious, and fastidiously clean. The bed sheets and pillow cases were bright white, and seemed to be freshly laundered and ironed. The marble floor, the small marble-clad table by the bed, and the fire-engine red, sturdy chairs uplifted my mood instantaneously. The bathroom has shiny, spiffy, world-class fixtures, and was well-lit, and in a sqeaky clean condition when I entered it
4. All in all, if you are looking for a *real* value-for-money proposition, then this is it! Look no further.
5. I found the room 111 to be a soothing, quiet sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle, and the gloom of 'inner city'. Truly, the Sapphire Inn is a diamond in the rough. I say, go for room 111, and most likely, and you would relish your experience as I did.

This place is great in Mumbai thane! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the rooms are hygienic,the staff and owner (Harish sir )is really friendly they know what they are doing and what they are talking.
The service is outmatched about food is pretty good I have enjoyed all the dishes,The owner helps in any way possible.i am always happy,,,,, Thank you sapphire inn.......and team....👍❤❤

The price is 100% worth

The hotel seems to have opened up recently. Reception and staff are courteous and respectful.

Since it's a newly opened hotel, the rooms are super clean, well maintained and a lot of effort has been put into floor and bathroom tiles.

The location is easily accessible from Thane Railway Station on the website and can be reached in a 5 minute walk.

Best suited for those on a short trip and in need of a place close to the train and bus station.

This will be my go to choice whenever I need a short stay in Thane.

One of the best hotels with the best hospitality. The owner, Harish uncle, always stays in the hotel and ensures that customers have no issues. Home cooked food is available, rooms are really clean and they are cleaned everyday. The owner helps in any way possible.

This hotel was recently opened. The rooms are superb clean and service is also really good. Nearer to Thane railway station.

Less specious rooms but safe. Very close to the railway station.
