For attention :
Elevator : Only one set elevator near lobby. For fast moving for many people : nah, it’s useless
Suite rooms : aren’t available in apps, you have to ask/ req to the hotel. And i see no big difference between suites and deluxe (deluxe wider than suites)
Location : on road bend with no clear & catchy sign of hotel’s name. So you must see it clearly and be careful. there are security guard will help you to cross the road. But easy access 👌🏻
Toilet :❗toilet in lobby area has no bidet. For girls it might be uncomfortable.

I’ll start with the one major con: the water heater; you can barely have a full supply of hot water for one person.. after a couple of minutes its just luke warm. Very painful to take a bath in such a cold climate without decent water heating.

Everything else about the hotel is incredible. Views are breathtaking, the balcony is massive for the dual queen bedroom, service quality is very attentive and accommodating.

Although everything is great I do not recommend coming here if water heating is top priority. I came out of the shower literally shaking 🫨 out of coldness.

This one the best staycation experience i've ever had. Totally worth the price and you can even book a room in here just for 800k on weekdays if you are luckt enough. The architecture was pleasant to the eyes. A victorian mix with gothic style that can make feel in Europe. Moreover, the interior also follow the style. All the staff were super nice and very helpful. The hotel also generous. You can find so many free snacks and beverages all over the corner.
Overall, 4,75 out of five experience. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the gym facilty was poor. While the hotel already set a very spacious room for such only a minimum gym facility.
But..will definitely come here next time.

I visited for my 3rd anniv with my wife. The staffs, the hottelier, the room, the facilities, the food, the services are the best of the best i've ever had in Bandung.
Lastly, the smiless!!! Everytime i came across the staff they warmly greet us.
Thank you for having us, and give us pleasure memories for our anniv!

The view is incredible and the room 131 is luxurious. The breakfast is delicious and served quickly, and the staff is polite. Unfortunately, we experienced some disturbances including a neighbor's water heater explosion, noisy construction work with jackhammers, and the sound of dogs barking all night long. Despite these issues, overall it is a place worth staying at.

Many choices for breakfast, taste was good.
The building's color was kinda dark but they equipped with many lamps so it's quite bright

What a beautiful hotel, nice architecture, nice rooms, very friendly service. Very photogenic venue.

Very humble staff and aesthetic building at the north of Bandung. Kind a like a castle for me.

the experience was amazing, pelayanannya bagus, makanan mostly enak, the architecture and the ambience was sooooo perfect! 5/5 from me❤

It's a great place! I love the castle look a like both in exterior and interior. There's a classical music being played on the hallways, which is my favorite genre of music. Will definitely be on my top list for recurring visit later on!

I stayed here for one day here at weekend and i was mesmerized with the interior of this hotel, it was grandeur European style. It was very good for a photoshoot. The room was neat and clean. I love the food they served for breakfast, it has a wide variation of food, and the fresh juice station was a nice touch 👍👍👍

The room is big and perfectly clean. The staff in the breakfast area are helpful, especially Mr Ari, who provided our baby with a blanket because the weather was cold at 5th floor.This hotel will be recommended to our friends and family.

What a nice, comfy and wonderful place to stay. Thank you Mr. Andy for making my reservation easy. The staff are very humble and helpful. The foods and services are beyond my expectations. Would be one of my favourite place in Bandung. Keep it a good work! 👍🏻

All the hotel staff were very accommodating. Their service was truly superb! The breakfast buffet had a variety to choose from. The hotel had various activities during the New Year's eve.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Killer pool view. Super recommend to book the suite pool view. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. There was an issue with the check in but the staff kindly solve the issue. For sure be back to GH Universal Bandung.

Very good service with smiles. Got a big room with pool view and a balcony. I wish I could spend the quarantine in this hotel instead of hotel in Jakarta.
Nice weather during my stay, quite cold in the morning so you want to sleep more.
Has one of the best option for breakfast buffet with delicious Japanese, Continental and Local meals.

FO should prepare arrival list. I paid already for the rooms 3 days before, but it took 10 minutes to find my booking for check in process. The hotel have facilities for your dog, it's so helpful facility.

Best Place for Spending A Special Moment with the special one.
Amazing view from the Roof Top 5th floor especially when the night come.
Even very windy, but so far is somekind a Fresh Air.
The All Crew is very Nice and Polite and Helpfull.
