Had an awesome stay at Padma Hotel Bandung! The vibes are chill, rooms are cozy, and the views are Instagram-worthy. The staff is super friendly, and the pool area is a vibe. Food options are on point too. Definitely coming back for more good times!

Went here two times with my son and we really enjoyed it. The facilities for kids are amazing and of course free. Restaurants and breakfast was amazing. The view and surrounding is really relaxing. Thank you for the hospitality

I was also very impressed with the friendly and professional service. The staff are always ready to help and maintain a high standard of service, creating an exceptional stay.

It's the most impressive hotel yet, I loved it, and I recommend it. For business trips or family trips, this is a wonderful place to visit for sure, great butler service, a lot of activity for families to have fun together, and wonderful view. All of this while keeping the place as clean as possible with their wonderful staffs and management. Sadly didn't get to walk the 1.5KM climb of the Padma Adventure Park since there were maintenance, but I hope in the near future I would be able to come back and experience the climb walk.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever gone to.

Everything is well thought out thoroughly.

It's the small details that made our stay exceptional.
- The kind staffs that offered drinks after swimming, one staff offered me popcorn during our playground visit.
- They provide swimming clothes in case we forgot those, which I rarely found in other hotels.
- When I called the operator, it was shocking they picked up the phone for less than 1 second.
- The grabfood order can be delivered to our room! Now this one is very rare considering high end hotels usually want guests to eat at the hotels. For this one, I gave you 10 stars 🤩.

They're willing to go above and beyond for your requests. The staffs are very kind (overly kind I would say, but not in an uncomfortable way).

The bed also feels super comfortable. Now there are some beds that look good but when you sleep on it, it's not that comfortable, but this one is really comfortable.

Definitely our top choice if we visit Bandung again!

Kudos to mbak Sari which was very kind and murah senyum, mas Zeno and Rivan for the archery lesson (sorry we missed a lot of shots 😂), and actually, to all the staffs because some gave excellent service but I missed the name.

I had the most incredible experience during my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was nothing short of excellent, making my visit truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, and even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise.

What stood out the most was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Ms. Sharleen at the front desk deserves special thanks for her assistance during check-in; she made the process seamless and stress-free. Ms. Abel and Mr. Jefri deserve a special mention for the beautiful decorations they added to our room mirror for our parents' birthday. It was a heartwarming gesture that made the occasion even more special.

What truly stood out was the willingness of the staff to fulfill every request, and their genuine friendliness. They always had a smile on their faces, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The views are stunning, the food is delicious, and my 5-year-old cousin was over the moon with the hotel's playground – he didn't want to leave! This hotel has it all, and I can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so special. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place where you're treated like family, and every moment is filled with joy. we can't wait to return.

We had great experiences at The Restaurant. All the food and drinks was delicious. Our server ( Agung, Ajri, Anna and Jonathan ) very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant if you in Bandung 💯

Still one of the best hotel in Indonesia in my opinion. Outstanding service from their entire team from Housekeeping to Front Desk to FB. As a local operator they actually perform better than international operator. Kudos to the management team.

However, there is just one thing that I would like to point out with regards to safety. Please take a look at the photo that I uploaded. It is the walkway that connects the restaurant to the lobby. If you look at the (left on the pic) rail/guard, it is a combination of short wooden railings followed by series of potted plants. Although the plant is as tall as the glass wall/railing (near the lift), it wont hold the weight of an adult. Should there be someone that fall or slip to that side, there is a chance that he/she can fatally fall all the way down (about 15 meters down) to the pool level.

I consider this as a high traffic area and urge the management and owner to quickly assess and address this potential risks. It a quick cheap fix but will save you guys from potential headaches later on.

The hotel’s amenities are top-notch and cater to every need. The hotel offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking. Very pleasant experience staying in Padma. All staffs are extremely friendly and proactive. I can feel great hospitality from all staffs.
We also really enjoyed the view, the facilities for kids, adventure park, bunny feeding, etc.
Food is always tasty & available. Food selection are very rich and always different each day, making us feel excited to try new menu everyday.

So far we had stayed at Padma three times because of the company events and business meetings we had in Bandung. We love the scenery from our room. The area is a nice cool temperature, especially from Jakarta. The facilities and the service is superb. Don't forget to try the afternoon buffet, they have lots of dishes, desserts, and Hi-Tea treats. A highly recommended hotel when in Bandung !!!

The services are excellent. The staffs are Friendly and very helpful, Esp. Mas Zeno who teach archery and all the outbound staffs.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience and healing moment for us. Love the variety of Indonesian traditional food for breakfast and afternoon tea, most of the rarely seen in other hotels. Many activities available in the hotel such as archery, flying fox, animal feedings, table tennis, etc. The hospitality was also top notch and makes you feel welcomed home.

The location is far from the crowd but still offers some great views. Which is perfectly comfortable because the hotel feels safe and sound.
Perfect hospitality and great services since checked-in until we checked-out.
They also offers afternoon tea (with great view) and appetizing breakfast (with great view).
At first, you will be confused with the floor level's placement but you'll get used to it.

Definitely will be back for our next staycation!

Padma Hotel is a home to us whenever we make a trip to Bandung. They constantly delivering excellent service and pampered us from the day we arrived until the day we leave the hotel.

On our first day, we were served by Dimas from the restaurant and he was so kind. He was playing with my 2 kids and remembered my children names. The next 2 days he greeted us when he saw us again in the restaurant together with another staffs called Kevin and Ara. They always greet us with smiles.

These 3 staffs are the true example of excellent customer services. They took the effort to remember our room number and our names which I never experienced before in other 5 or 6 stars hotel. With them alone, I will come back to this hotel.

In general, Padma has high standard of excellence in their room, house keeping, Butler Service, Restaurant and foods.
I am looking forward to my next trip at Padma and I wish Dimas, Kevin and Ara all the very best for their future.

We have stayed in this luxury hotel for my honeymoon. Their services were really good! Me and my husband could really enjoy our time. Food was also good and great value for money.

Stayed there for 3 days 2nd dec-4th Dec. Love love love the hotel. Everyone there is super nice and helpful

Rooms: Love that we faced the pool plus the mountain. The view in the morning is spectacular especially in the morning during sunrise. The peace and serenity is amazing. Clean fresh air. The rooms is clean too. No issues at all. Thank you for the surprise flowers too. They provide turn down service as well without us asking.

Restaurant: Served amazing variety of local food and some western food but the main highlight is the variety of local spread that you can't get elsewhere unlike western spread.The taste is delicious as well. Loved that they served afternoon tea with snacks like gorengan & pisang bakar. The staff will go around (If i recall her name is Dea) to ask for feedback and make sure that all is well taken of. One staff in particular Zulfiqar is all smiley, enthusiastic and bubbly and is on the ball when we requested something from him like coffee. Hope that he will be able to land a perm job there. He is a gem to the service industry :). Nonetheless they were all attentive.

Staffs: Everybody is amazing from the lobby staffs to the outdoor staffs to even the cleaning staffs. Never fail to acknowledge with a greet or a smile. The 24 hour butler service was also amazing. Sorry i couldn't remember all the names but none is a letdown. They are professional yet very warm and have that nice vibe to it.

Outdoor area: They had a nice playground for young kids plus a rabbit/fish/bird area where you are free to feed them. Flying fox and small obstacles. There is a small hobbit like house where my kids enjoyed making pizza and also painting. There is also horse-riding outside that you can pay direct to ride around the area which is a nice experience. The pool is also nice as well as it was heated pool so no worries about freezing as the weather can be abit cold.

Overall: Beyond expectations. It may abit further from the city but thats the point. Away from the bustling town. Hope to revisit the place again when i come to Bandung again. Plus they serve nice welcome drink with ice cream too! Definitely a good choice.
