Ordered Caramel Pork w Rice and Spicy Pork Ribs w Rice. The flavours were really good, spicy pork ribs were tender and not too spicy. To end this on a sweet note, there’s also no service charge. Highly recommended!

Fast service, reasonalble price for the quality and presentation of the dishes. The caramel pork was deliciously amazing, but went out of sauce before I could finish the rice. The red curry was big size and tasty. Lot of variety of drinks

Love this place. We ordered Chicken curry and Pork ribs with Twist. The food is just delicious. The flavors were balanced nicely. The Banana & Peanut Butter smoothie is a must try.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Twist Restaurant and I must say, it was an experience. I decided to try the pork ribs with a twist, and I was absolutely blown away by the flavors. The succulent meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and had a delightful smoky essence that left me craving for more. To complete my meal, I indulged in the cheesecake, and it was a showstopper. Hats off to the chef 👨‍🍳

Had the pork ribs and caramel one, but definitely preferred the caramel version. Meat was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.

let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Twist prides itself on offering an innovative and unique dining experience, and it certainly delivered. The menu is a delightful fusion of local Indonesian flavors and international influences. Each dish was a work of art, carefully plated with attention to detail.

The highlights of my meal included the "Caramel Pork" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The meat super tender, juicy and of course rich of flavor.

And others is “Red curry Tuna”, super thick coconut milk and strong of spices.

Can’t wait to return and discover more of their culinary wonders.

Pork belly was simply perfect. I am so glad I accidentally found this spot. Would recommend for anyone that eats food ;)

The caramel pork is probably the best thing I've eaten so far in Bali which is really saying something because the quality of the food here has been amazing. Hats off to the chef, definitely deserving of the Momchelin Star 😂
We went back the next day.

It does get quite hot throughout the day, they could benefit from turning the AC on a more powerful setting, but the food and cocktails were 10/10.

Also the menu is super funny.

Walking down the street we noticed a kitchen surrounded by transparent glass and the cooks preparing some food looking like small piece of art. We came in and that was one of our best decisions in Bali.
The food is looks beautiful and tastes even better. We had tuna steak in two versions: sambal and with guacamole topping. Both were delicious, can't tell which one we liked more. I can also recommend the house wine, the white one is refreshing and not too dry.

Good quality was amazing. Must try the Caramelized pork and tuna.

Also had the local wine and Arak cocktail (Balinese spirit that is similar to Rum). Can try but not amazing.

Prices were very reasonable as well. Would definitely come back here again!

Excellent contemporary asian food. It was a bit more expensive than most places in Bali but very very good, and quite different and original. I would definitely recommend the yellow curry. Service is very efficient and they serve the food rather quickly. They accept payment with card.

The food was very good but not at the level I was expecting, based on the reviews. I think this is because of a few things.
1. The charm of the place.. friendly staff, funny comments in the menu and just a positive overall vibe.
2. Most food in Ubud wasn't that great so it's a clear standout
3. Because they're so nice I mean, even though I want to leave a 4 star review, here I am making it 5 stars. Oh well they do deserve it for the lemon cheesecake, my favourite dessert.

This is by far the best restaurant we’ve been to in Ubud. The caramel pork is one of the best cooked meals I’ve ever eaten. The starters are also super tasty. You can tell the chefs here got high-end training - portion control, colours, textures, FLAVOUR - melt in your mouth stuff. The cocktails are also great. The menu is freaking hilarious too, the owners are so funny. Humble, hilarious, charming, then the food speaks for itself and blows you away. Amazing work TWIST! 🙏🏻❤

I had the tuna quacamole which was really delicious. That's what I would order next time I'm here. The honey chicken was great for an appetizer. The mango juice cost 25k and was amazing. Service was incredibly fast and attentive. Will definitely come back.

We had dinner here and received the loveliest service, the descriptions of deserts in the menu cracked me up. Highly recommend the caramelised pork belly - this was a perfect dish, so delicious and the flavours are well balanced. We also had chicken satay, also very delicious. Highly recommend in Ubud

We had a great evening with perfect food. Everything‘s really good, the portions are just small enough that you can try 2-3 courses. I really recommend the spicy ribs, the chicken coconut sate. Cocktails/Mocktails are very good!

As the many other reviews have already stated, the caramel pork is slap yo mama good. We also had the chicken coconut balls, the tuna samabal matah, and finished things off with the lemon cheesecake with mango topping. Everything we had was wonderful. The sambal matah could have been spicier, but we let that pass because of all the other amazing flavors we experienced. To top it off, prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the atmosphere is very low key and understated. The food is the focus and the highlight which is a rare combination.
